I didn’t realize I wasn’t going to be able to have the ultimate freedom to download whatever apps I wanted to. If you want to maximize your tv experience, get a Fire TV so you have more flexibility. I hate this tv. I hope it can be “jail broken.” I hate having to have multiple remotes bc I have to add something else

It has a weird pointer system that complicates negotiating through the TV option rather than simplifying. The biggest problem is that the TV does not hold a connection with the internet. It keeps flicking out. Then you have to use the weird pointer system to reconnect. The previous TV in this space did not have this internet problem, nor do the 3 other TV's in the house. So, it has to be a problem with this particular TV.

The magic remote is pretty cool and wildly convenient. Apps sometimes logs you out when turning the tv on which is kind of annoying but not a deal breaker for me. Great vieing quality with no glare. Setup was a breeze and the technology is easy to use.

Wish I could disable the magic remote feature (pointer moving around like a computer mouse...doesn't work well at all, and keeps appearing)
