This LG TV is an excellent bang for the buck. It displays great picture quality, especially when watching any content in HD and 4K. The one issue that stands out for me is the LG TV app will populate on the tv when I turn it on sometimes, even when I haven’t selected this option. Otherwise, it’s a nice TV and only time will tell how reliable it is.

Great TV! Nice picture and the smart features work well. We have all LG TV’s and they are all excellent. The LG app works super as a remote on my IPhone.

So far so good. Still learning how to use. Picture is great, install was easy. The voice activation is not that good, half the time it says voice not recognized. I mainly purchased this model for the voice activation. Will continue to work on learning all aspects. Hopefully will get better at recognizing our voice, whatever that means.

The LG TV is a good quality television, it's clear and the remote is smooth to the touch. The price was right for me because it fit in a certain spot in the house. The only problem I have the instructions on how to work the television isn't very clear, but I managed to figure it out (thank you YOUTUBE). Otherwise if I need another TV in the future I'd buy an LG.

Was skeptical at first due to cost. Reviews were hit and miss. Sonfar its been a grest tv. Picture quality is good. We are not using it for a fancy home theatre. The sound us actually decent. The apps take a while to get used to. Easy to hang ion wall

This TV is amazing! The amount of information built in is dazzling. Streaming, live options, everything is served up front on a great menu. The picture is awesome. The remote is nimble. I installed this TV without cable, it has so many options that I don't need it anymore.

You are able to fine tune to perfect picture,color,sharpness,and clarity.The Smart webOS,being able to Google and Alexa, is great. The apps and the entire layout are very easy to use.I'm very satisfied and feel like a kid in a candy store.

Can not believe the exceptional color and ease of the magic remote, I do miss the favorite channel feature my LG tv had but, I was surprised how easy this TV won all the expectations I was expecting. This is by far a great choice!

The new LG UHD TV is working great. Picture is clear. Color is good. Didn't think the extra 5" over old TV would make any difference but it does. Can't wait now for football season.

My 42" Plasma TV that I had for 12 years finally died. I went to Best Buy to get a new TV. My ideal would have been an OLED, but I couldn't justify spending that much. The store only had a handful of TVs available so I quickly reviewed a bunch of the ones that were available and I chose this one. So far it's a good TV. It has a good picture and several functions available. The only issue we've had so far is it occasionally locks up and we end up having to reboot the TV. I'm not sure why that happens, but it hasn't been too often. I also wanted a 65" TV, but on the way to the store I decided to get a 55" because of the space where it was going would have looked like overkill with a 65". After we started using it we decided to get a soundbar to enhance the sound.

This TV is awesome! The perfect size & the feature to use a mouse arrow to click on the screen makes it so much quicker to put in passwords or to click on a show or movie to watch.

In general, tv and remote are not user friendly; more like “user fiendish”. We are not into the Alexa option. Navigating the various functions with remote is not intuitive. The “mouse wheel” on the remote at first seems awesome, but quickly turns diabolical. When you want to press it, for a selection, it’s too easy to spin it, which undoes your entire intention. Also, it’s probably a “chip shortage” issue, but the lag between using a button on the remote and getting the results, is measured in seconds, yeah, count “1 one thousand, 2 one thousand…” some actions such as changing channels can take 4 or more seconds! You literally need to control yourself not to hit the button again, because doing that can sometimes take you down the rabbit hole. My previous LG remote (from 2015) had many logical functions on the remote, for example a dedicated “caption” button. That’s gone now, along with all its instant functionality. Setting captions is now really complicated and tends to be an “all or nothing “ kind of setting. And last of all, good luck permanently shutting off the freakish “Audio Guidance” voice… you will shut it off in the settings, but as soon as you at your most frustrated, it pops up to aggravate you! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always liked LG, but I think the electronic marketplace has not yet fully recovered.

This t.v is very nice and for the price you cant go wrong. This version is thin and fairly light so it will be easy to mount. The picture on this t.v is awesome as well.

Wanted an oled but out of my price range. Excellent picture quality and great price for a 55in tv. Very satisfied

This is my third LG TV in the past 4-5 years because they all keep breaking somehow. Thank God for their protection and warranty plans or I’d be without a TV! I have had issues with every single LG TV I’ve owned with staying connected to wifi. And it is not my Wi-Fi connection because it did this at my parent’s home under their Wi-Fi and then I got my own home and it did the same thing under my Wi-Fi (different internet companies too). So I had to get a new TV. Second one did the same thing, got another new one and now my third one is doing it as well. It is extremely frustrating! I have a TCL and a Sony TV in the same house on the same wifi and none of the other tvs ever have had any issues with the internet. I will be watching something and it just disconnects me and I have to sign back into my Wi-Fi info on the TV and wait. Super annoying! However, the display, sound, color, and overall look of the TV are perfect. The Wi-Fi issue is my only complaint but if you knew how many times it disconnects, you’d understand my frustration. Because of this reason, I will never purchase another LG TV again. Best Buy Geek Squad has been out to my parent’s home and my own home so many times and they can never fix it so they just tell me to get a new one. I really wanted to like LG TV so bad but this is a continuing issue that apparently cannot be fixed and is common on these TVs so please be aware and if it happens to your tv, instead of buying another 2 more LG’s like I did…go with a different brand. Literally any brand.
