Great picture, hard to navigate

The TV comes with some apps built in (Netflix’s, Pluto, Prime, LG, etc). I cannot figure out how to add my PBS app. I added a shortcut to the website, but can’t get the app. The keyboard to type is difficult to use. Going on a website uses some silly curser that you have to move with the remote arrows. Connecting to Alexa requires using the Alexa button on the remote. My remote doesn’t have an Alexa button. I still have Cable. Using my smart TV for cable.
