Outrageous Fee for Installation

That said, I have been a total tech member for a few years now, and originally, installation was included in the membership. BB has taken that away apparently. Worse, you want $240 to deliver and install the tv, and another $60 to take away the old tv ($300). I have a perfectly installed universal full-motion wall mount (purchased at BB) installed already, and so the only "installation" was to provide an extra pair of hands to remove the old tv, and extra hands to place the new tv onto the already installed wall mount....and you want $240 for THAT? You would not provide any discount with the membership, nor for the fact that the wall mount does not need to be "installed." I'm upset about this enough that I'll likely not renew my total tech membership next time.
