    Purchased this 55" flat screen, the box was in tac, so I didn't open it for 1 year but when I did the corner of my screen was cracked, Very disappointed. Lesson learned, make sure to open your tv's the same day and take photos right away before taking anything off of the screen. Also getting a 2 year warranty is a good idea, I didn't think I needed it, but obviously I did. Best Buy needs to check the merchandise before selling it.
