Horrible Service, never will purchase from Bestbuy

Worst experience I ever had with Bestbuy. Always had good service when visiting the store itself, but I hose to purchase on Bestbuy internet site. Order my TV, and was to be delivered two days later with Geeksquad as well to set it up. Waited all day, no one showed up and no call. I called the geeksquad, and they said Monday. Monday came no one showed and again, no call.i called them again and they told me the tv was not available. Spoke to a “manager”, she said Thursday she would have it delivered and promised me a gift card never got one. Horrible service

I waited 1 week to get it exchanged. I guess I wasn’t a priority. One would think someone would do the exchange within the next day or two . You should have offered to hook it up too .

HULU, Netflix, Paramount and Peacock to name the ones we watch most.

Poor WiFi Module. Constantly Freezes

Constantly freezes to search for signal while other devices in the same proximity ace speedtests. This tv rarely achieves better than 32 mbs in speedtests. This is a known issue that I wish I would have known about before buying 3 of these. Look it up online, also none of the online remedies work. Save your money. Don't buy

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not good TVs remote stopped working so I tried a factory reset.And all it says now is Press the OK button (Wheel) on your remote which does not work.I've tried unplugging it for 30 mins,doing a hard reset.All the trouble shooting has not got me past the factory reset loop so I got a new OEM remote ordered.

The TV is SLOW!

It’s sloooow and doesn’t recognize my external Roku. I’ve had it two days and I think I’ll return it and pay 2/3 the price of this new one to repair the old one. Don’t waste your time.
