BEST PURCHASE/DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!

The communication from the driver was wonderful. 2 days prior to delivery I was notified of delivery date & window of delivery time. The driver called 6:38 am on delivery day, arrived promptly.I'm a very happy customer! TV is superb! Thanks so much for a pleasurable shopping experience & excellent product

I thought the set up charge and removal was way too high priced. $260 to set up and remove. I would suggest a friend or relative to help set up and put TV into bulk pick up.

Quailty built, good picture, perfect size. Other than problems with delivery, this was a good purchase.

But that is typical of all products nowadays. Can’t comment about picture quality, sound, refresh rate, etc. since I knew exactly what I was paying for, and got. My main unhappiness is that it is a Smart TV (my first). Completely unnecessary for me but unavoidable. Also unavoidable is the industry trend for thin screens. “Lifting and moving” the TV was scary especially since I didn’t have any help with this 55” TV (I’m a small person). “Avoid touching the screen at all times.” Really?!
