I'm not perfect in navigating more modern channels, etc. but this is a gem to me. Just get shown and easy to handle!!!! thank you Best Buy!

streaming apps buffer / drop content / unwatchable

The WebOS system is clunky and slow to respond with a lot of buffering. Streaming apps often pause while buffering and then restart with several seconds of video being skipped over. My wi-fi is fast and I've reset it many times. I've tried a direct wired connection from the router to the TV and it still buffers. At times, it has buffered so bad, I've turned off the TV and watched a channel on my iPad.

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. Since you've already tried a direct wired connection and reset your Wi-Fi, we recommend a few additional troubleshooting steps to address the buffering issues: Make sure your TV’s WebOS is up to date, as updates can often resolve issues with performance and app functionality. Go to Settings > General > About This TV to check for updates. Try adjusting the streaming quality within the app to a lower resolution to see if that helps reduce buffering. Sometimes, clearing the cache of the apps you use for streaming can help with buffering. You can do this through the Settings > Apps section on your TV. Although your wi-fi is fast, if multiple devices are connected at the same time, it may affect the streaming experience. Try temporarily disconnecting other devices from your network to see if that improves performance.

It works well with other HDMI associated devices and the included remote. A high end remote is available. We, so far, are accomplishing tasks with what came with the TV
