Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Opening service was no good because you have to go thru the best buy company on computer or phone service and long waits, Geek squard did a great job hooking the TV up, but it was supposed to be hooked up on March 4th but it didn't it done until march 6th,2025. I had to cancel a party of 27 people to arrive on the forth and i ended up losing $3000 holding the event. The party was a church event on TV that didn't happen. The store needs to go back to the way TV's were delivered before. Buy the TV at the store and Geek Squard hooks it up the same day. Hopefully Best buy will go back to the old days. Service was a zero, geek squars get's a 5.

The necessary parts/cables were all included and easy to find in the box. The LG app I use easily found the device to add to my controllable devices. It also paired quickly with the soundbar we already had. The TV itself has perfect video quality. Big loyal fans of LG here!!!

Have to Change Everything

Disappointed TV has no RCA or Composite Jacks(Have to go by HDMI Adapters) No headphone jack for my Insignia Digital Wireless Headphones I have no issue with sound , trying to cut cable ties so I will continue to work with it Want to put not sure for recommend but not an option

Did it effectively. 84 year old User had close to zero problems.They did have to come back out the next day for a REDO because the TV WENT TO DEFAULT SETTINGS. But fixed in gif! Thank you Geek Squad. Sales was also very helpful in helping me find the right TV.
