The main problem was that we weren't able to download one of our favorite streaming apps. We took the TV back and exchanged it for a Toshiba Fire TV, which supports the desired app.

Our webOS platform supports many major apps, but some niche or newer services may not yet be available depending on app developer support.

It takes too much time to load and everything seems to be processing slow. I bought this to have some good experience while watching soccer games but it was very average. My internet speed is fine so that is not the reason for the lag. I have a hisense tv which works perfectly. Sound quality is also very very average.
