My boyfriend surprised me with this TV as a home warming gift and it stopped working after just 4 weeks from purchasing it. We only had two weeks to return it and get our money back which we should have taken as a red flag. Customer service is even worse. Do not pay extra for geek squad at Best Buy because they will tell you to call the manufacturer. They didn’t even allow us to bring it in and look at it to see if it was an issue they can fix. Called LG manufacture to see if they can resolve this issue and they have yet to send someone to fix this tv and it’s been over a week since we spoken to the manufacturer to have this issue solve. We’re still dealing with this issue. I feel scammed and Robbed. Do not! I repeat DO NOT purchase this TV nor get the geek squad coverage from Best Buy. You are losing your money and wasting your time. Horrible experience and horrible customer service! I highly DO NOT recommend.

I came across LG brand tv and I regret it. It is not user friendly. The LG channels are really not that good and the remote is super sensitive to the touch. I can’t switch between channels I have to use the channel guide to switch channels. The picture is grainy for about ten minutes when you switch channels and then becomes clearer. Next time I will get a Samsung
