    When I went in to best buy i had a plan to buy a samsung tv, yet once I started talking to the tv sales rep he really was trying to sell me on the lg tv saying it looked better. What I really cared about was the tv interface load times because I cant stand when my tv takes 30 seconds to register an input. He exclaimed that lgs were not like that at all and that it didn’t lack in storage so I decided to trust him and go with the lg tv. It looks good kinda the same but still an upgrade non the less than my last tv. But this things load times are awful and he lied about the storage aswell highly disappoint Ed in the service. Dont buy this tv, buy a samsung it runs better smooth better user interface.

    I give it a star, I don't like it, I have a control of magic, you can't activate this better, the other 2022 and 2223 of this year brought control, magic and time, a bad and ugly control, it's hard to search for something on the Internet.

    We have a 3 year old LG smart tv that is great. We purchased this tv for a cottage. If YouTube tv is your primary service this tv is dumb. It absolutely will not let you load the app. We ended up having you connect an older Roku device to get what we needed (having to use 2 different remotes sucks).

    Technically speaking its super low on features, took the tv through proper calibration, even went through advance calibrations talked about on ratings.com forum and used best settings could find and my final opinion is... Well you get what you pay for for sure, key notes- dont plan on using in a room with any kind of glare, dont fight the color settings into madness, the contrast on the television is oversaturated. If i could do anything to change it that would even come close to making it ok at best, would be to take WebOS and just give me a simple buildroot os with ssh enabled and let me do it myself. The UI of WebOS is slower than... Well.... Idk OG DOS, or my parent apology for having me..

    Want to be compensated for my Saturday of a no-sho

    On day of purchase, I was given a delivery date for the following Saturday, April 26, 2025; also on Friday evening, April 25, 2025, I received a calll from Best Buy to vertify and guarantee me a delivery date for the next day, April 26, 2025 that my TV would be delivered by 11am. A few lovely day on that Saturday, I received no text, no telephone call or no delivery. A wasted day to sat around for a no-show. So when I called on Monday, I was told that I could not be reimbursed by no means for a wasted day on that past Saturday, but I could scheduled a delivery on that Tuesday, April 29, where I received a telephone call, text messages and the delivery of my TV before noon that day. I feel as though, that I should have been compenstated by some means.

    Tv came damaged. Had to send it back. There was a noticeable dent in the front a bit of a hassle but was resolved
