Good quality picture but not for hotels.

Frustrating experience

This is my 90-year old Dad's TV and he gets an "APP out of memory" message frequently. Unfortunately, this began after the return date option with Best Buy. Filed a warranty claim with LG and they replaced the mother board and I bought a new coaxial cable and he has started getting the out of memory message again. Not sure what to do next, but very unhappy with this purchase and the short time period for returns.

Don’t buy from Best Buy!

The service at Best Buy was terrible because I could not get ahold of them by phone…I kept getting a call center and it was too far for me to return to the store for my easy question because I am elderly!

This TV works with Alexa, but just a heads up—it doesn’t have a built-in microphone or a dedicated Alexa button on the standard remote. Great TV, ADJUST SETTINGS!

So many options and the quality is crisp (at least to me) I have always steamed from my laptop but I wanted to get something for my living room just in case I have company over and this is perfect. Only thing is that the interface is pretty slow and not as responsive as you would hope it to be. Nonetheless, I don’t mind much as it was still 100% worth it in my eyes.

You get what you pay for...

I read a review that said that the magic remote was not in the box and assumed that he just got shorted the remote. No it does come with a basic remote, but if you want to use all of the cool features that it keeps talking about in the menus, you will need to purchase the magic remote separately. -Abysmal black levels. Dark scenes are always rough on an LCD TV, especially after spending thousands of hours with an OLED TV, but the black levels on this TV are actually worse than my 12 year old Toshiba that I was trying to replace. Dark scenes, like anything at night or in space are simply awful, but any scene that includes significant dark areas will display gray. -The computer running the OS is GUTLESS. Feels like it's powered by a 486 processor. Responsiveness within apps is okayish, but switching between app, scrolling through long lists within apps, and pulling up an kind of menu, like the settings menus, takes FOREVER. It even gives up in the middle of loading at times. Also, I don't know how many KB of memory it came with, but I installed one app and received a warning that I was low on memory and everything became EVEN SLOWER. -The picture is annoying bright. If I turn it down enough not to hurt my eyes, the picture looks very lackluster. This could just be an OLED .vs LCD thing because the OLED seems to have a "quality" bright that does not hurt my eyes. Bottom line. Actually not bad for price, but unless you have VERY LOW expectations, you are likely to be disappointed.
