The numbers should be on the bottom and most used higher up. Such as the directional arrows with the enter button and other poor locations for hand use. The other big thing is the lax of Apps. Very limited free apps and the ones that say free are not, just meaning free TRIAL. Tv picture is very good, that's it !

The remote is designed to handle the main functions pretty well, but we know everyone has their own preferences when it comes to usability. If you’re looking for a smoother experience, you might want to check out the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone. It lets you control your TV with a simple touch interface and makes things like voice control and navigation super easy.
As for the apps, LG’s webOS platform has a lot of streaming options available, though some apps might only have trial content. We suggest checking out the LG Content Store on your TV where you can find both free and paid app choices. We're always working with content providers to bring more options your way.

I had a 20 year old LG TV in our bedroom and there was absolutely nothing wrong except that it wasn't a Smart TV. We put the old TV in our office and bought this TV. My husband connected it and at first the picture was blurry. Then at the Home page, he selected the HDMI1 app and now the picture is perfect. He attached a LG Soundbar and the sound is great too. I highly recommend this TV and it's inexpensive too!

The problem is that blacks are relatively poorly rendered—they look grey, not black. Night scenes look, well, awful. Aside from that, no complaints. Processing is a tad slow, but this doesn’t affect image quality. I’m happy with this purchase, especially given its price.
