Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchase in feb 2017, thermostat broke in 12/17,lg service person Kevin ,repaired then top of oven door reaches 180 degree on outside and I’m told that’s the way it is., there is nothing in manual that state top of outside oven door should get hot like that only that bottom could. And that stays cool so stay away and don’t get burned

Electronic panel is not good

Several months ago the electronic panel started acting out. Every time you pressed a burner another one one turned on or none of them turned on. We are not able to use all 4 but reed at a time if needed. As this time only the 3 small ones work. We called to get it repaired and it cost more to repaired it than to buy a new one. I will never buy this product, definitely Not with an electronic panel. Very disappointed!

LG range lasted only as long as its warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This range was about $700 and worked for a year and 3 months before the electronics stopped working. LG warranties their product for a year, I was fortunate enough to get an entire 3 extra months of use out of this unit before I had to replace it. To repair the unit was hundreds of dollars so it made more sense to start over with a brand that either offers a better warranty or has a reputation of better durability.

Oven does not cook evenly, back of the stove cooks much hotter than the front. Indicator light on stove broke very early on. Stove top scratches easily and looks terrible in 3 years. if you crack an egg on the side-peels the chrome off. I was excited to buy these and now I regret spending the money
