Worked great when first received. Had issue when used on Thanksgiving with it shutting off automatically every 15-30 minutes. Was not a fun day.

After a couple of months’ use, I prepared to set the CLEAN OVEN function, as with previously-owned ranges. SURPRISE!! Directions are to spray plain water on oven surfaces, then set “ CLEAN”, which merely heats oven for a few minutes to create steam. Then you have to use a scrubby to scrub off baked on spills, etc. It specifies in manual NOT to use any chemical cleaners. This is hard work! Lots and lots of elbow grease are required! Very disappointed that the Best Buy salesman did not inform me about this type of “self cleaning” when I was shopping for a new range. SELF means ME—I clean the oven, the range does NOT!

I like the look of it. I think it has a great design. My old one wasn't digital but this one is and is more user friendly than I thought it would be

The burners cook good. The oven cooks so slow. It took took 2 hours to bake chicken breast. Other than the oven everything else is good.

It arrived on time after a month my wife and I were waiting for. Installed it and started using it. One of the top units stpped working after almost afew hours of use. I was cool but not everybody. So we returned it. Also heads up with buying ranges that are working entirely with pushing bottons, it will be a hassel to push the botton to turn it on and every time push the botton to adjust the heat....you'll see if you buy one.

We purchase this one for our old house. We had to leave it to sell our house. We love this stove and my wife told me we were buying it again for our new house.

The stovetop is difficult to clean. But that could be the norm with these stovetops. I am used to the old fashioned coils. The oven seems to overcook compared to my previous oven and my mother's oven. The timer is a bit quirky. That is, you have to hit the time but it looks like seconds when you enter the time. But when you hit start it looks like the correct time. Also, the stove top gets so hot when the front burners are on when you want to change the temp controls for the stove top its very hot.

Stove works great and it's a good stove for the price. But it's very hard to clean and minority started to rust after just two months.

I should haved checked more into this stove. I don't care for the stove top glass on this model. and I'm not to keen on there is no self clean just an easy clean

Some of the features are a bit hard to use and the manual directions are not all together accurate (or else the buttons don't work as suggested!)

3 star for it works well for cooking, baking, etc... but 2x it broke with the same problem of touchpad/touchscreen not working. 1st, it was replaced, after 8+months the touchpad/touchscreen no longer working. All touch buttons are responding or activated even if just one range trying to turn on and then follows by sticky beeping sound.

Elements only lasted 2 years. I'm scheduling repair now.

Works great only gripe is the burner when you put a pan on it there's silver marks all over top that won't go away.

We purchased in Feb 18. 16 months later, 2 burners are not working, neither is the warmer. We are out of the 12 month manufacturer warranty window, so LG won't do anything. We didn't purchase an extended warranty so Best Buy won't do anything either. Now we have an awesome boat anchor. Please stay away from LG products - an oven should last longer than 16 months.

Very nice stove, but the quality is not the greatest, and not easy to clean the burners

I returned the 1st ceramic top I purchased. I replaced it with this LG and I love it. The kitchen does NOT get hot when I turn the oven on.

Love the fast boil feature. Piece of cake to clean, we made a great choice and couldn't be more pleased.

Haven't used yet. Hope it's better than the fridge that I've purchased ... I hope that I do t have any problems!

I bought this appliance with protection plan 0n 03/29/19 and in less than 1 year on 10/2019 it stopped working. Geek Squad came twice to resolve the problem. Now it’s 4/2020 and it stopped working again. Due to the COVID restrictions Best Buy/Geek-squad reports that my 73 year old tenant has to wait until the restriction is lifted because a technician has to evaluate the STOVE and they are not willing to replace. I’ve offered for them to replace and deliver curbside delivery dive it’s a necessity and I would put the old one out myself curbside delivery to avoid any contact and the answer was NO. Very disappointed. But if you make a new entire order they will deliver curbside.

The oven is spacious and decent. My only complaint is the control panel. It's not as convenient as knobs would be. The stove top also scratches relatively easily
