It looks great and has all the functions the average family would need. 4 stars because the vent is not working properly and causes condensation to build between the glass panes in the door. I will be addressing this with Best Buy, it could just be defective.

BestBuy said they couldn’t do anything since I didn’t purchase the protection through them so I had to contact LG. Their(LG) customer service is horrible and 6 weeks later my “brand new” cooktop still isn’t working. And no one seems to have a solution for the problem. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Never buy Lg appliance

Some buttons doesn’t work. I have to spend a lot of money to fix it. Do not buy touch panel range oven. I will never buy Lg appliances again. I also have microwave oven and it has same issue..

LG won't back their product at all. I'll prbably steer clear of their products going forward since I'm now paying $382 to make it functional again.

After I cooked for the first time I noticed scratches and white spots from cooking that are still there after it was cleaned. Very satisfied with this range.

Posted .For general cleaning, use a cloth with hot soapy water. For more difficult soils and built-up grease,
apply a liquid detergent directly onto the soil. Leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
To avoid scratches, do not use steel wool pads.
1 Place a small amount of stainless steel appliance cleaner or polish on a damp cloth or paper towel.
2 Clean a small area, rubbing with the grain of the stainless steel if applicable.
3 Dry and buff with a clean, dry paper towel or soft cloth.
4 Repeat as necessary ^CP

It worked great for 3 months but then it began getting scratched up. The self clean option doesn’t work and now 18 months later it won’t heat up on broil at all, gives error. Preheating to 400 takes 50 minutes. I hope this review saves another buyer the pain. I wish I could just toss it.
