    After multiple attempts the delivery never showed up, We canceled the order and purchased somewhere else

    My Wife prefers the knobs over the digital control

    Very nice stainless steel stove/oven. Works very well. I had to teach the women in my house which burners to use with which pot/pan to keep from getting the baked on ring on the stove top burner

    Great stove. Delivery was smooth and product was wrapped very well. Please make sure they level it or the view light will come on periodically.

    Love, love this new range! Sleek looking and classy in my kitchen! Lots of baking options. Bread proof and raise settings for my husband’s Potica bread.

    LG stove oven light issue

    I’ve had to have this stove replaced twice, once for damage due to a piece of metal sticking out in the bottom drawer and a second time because the oven light kept turning on randomly. I now have my third stove and unfortunately, the same issue is happening, where the oven light keeps turning on for no reason and I don’t want to exchange it again. I am very shocked because LG is usually a very good brand but the newer models of this type of stove seem to have this same issue as I have read online from other purchasers.

    I wanted to love this oven, but I can't, I make homemade bread and pizza, but this oven doesn't have a heating element on the bottom, so NOTHING gets done on the bottom. No matter where you place the food, or how high you set the temperature, the bottom of pizza, biscuits, or bread is IMPOSSIBLE to get done. Also, it took 45mins to cook a can of biscuits that is supposed to take 18 mins, and I had to turn them over to get the bottom done. I can't turn a pizza over. I am so disappointed in this oven, I should have never purchased this one.

    Buyer Best Beware

    This item and one other never got delivered. Delivery was slated by 2 pm but I received no updates until 7 pm when I got a phone call from their third party delivery company that their truck had broken down and I would need to call Best Buy to reschedule. Fun fact - Best Buy doesn't answer their phones. They have zero customer service that isn't AI. After many annoying days trying to get this straightened out, I finally went back to the store and asked for a refund. Fun fact 2 - Best Buy doesn't issue refunds until the product you paid has been retuned to them by their third party delivery/install company- and that third party with the broken down truck is allowed three days to return the already paid for items. All in all my experience was worse than bad. I ended up at Big Sandy where they sold me the exact same products, matched the Best Buy price on one item and beat the Best Buy price on the other, AND, they delivered and installed using their own staff AND arrived when they said they would.
