Not common you walk into a retailer like Best Buy and find a sales person who is confident in their knowledge of the appliance you’re looking at . Confident enough to have explained the inner workings of the LG range/oven you came to see. Confident enough to go over in detail the special fianacing available and confident in comparing the LG to the other models in the store. Impressive. But that’s what I mean best but advertises the fact their associates are knowledgeable enough to help you make an educated decision. Great job to your management crew and the associates to not have fumbled through the encounter they had with myself and my wife. Both of us were sold feeling we had made the “Best” choice of where and what we were going to get. Thanks it’s not easy to replace high ticket items when the situation a rises but to know you got the most competitive price the pro that out weighed the cons in the brands we were looking at and mainly because convincing us that the LG was dollar for dollar a choice we would be happy with then and years to come.

So far it seems to be working fine. New technology this stove works differently than previous stoves, not bad just different. I do like the fact that it has air fry ability. Haven’t used it very much yet but I am happy with it so far very nice stove

So far its been great , love the air fryer feature, this is my first lg appliance lets hope it lasts. The best buy delivery team was great. I dont use the smart festures to me there not very useful on a range.

Mom received this for a birthday present. She loves all the features like knock to turn on the oven light, the air fry feature and how fast the cooktop heats up! Seems like it's really build with quality materials, she's very happy!!

Cooktop is super easy to clean. I appreciate all the burners and the different sizes. I haven’t been able to use all of its features yet but so far I am really happy with it. Also, the stainless steel is easy to clean as well. At this point I am only using hot water and no harsh detergents. The only negative I can comment on is the length of time water takes to boil. Maybe it’s my pots and pans but it seems like it takes longer compared to my last cooktop.

Very nice range! The oven works great but, the stovetop is dials do not react to the settings. If I have it on Hi to boil water and I turn it down, the heat element will still stay on for about 5 seconds before turning down. I have not used the air fryer yet. The stovetop is a little hard to clean. One thing I don’t like is the oven light comes on when you’re cooking on top. You have to slap the oven door handle twice to turn it off or push the light button on the control panel.

This appliance has been reliable and performs exactly as expected. It heats evenly, reaches temperature quickly, and is easy to operate without unnecessary complexity. So far so good. The only thing I didn't like was it seems like all ranges we look at the bottom drawer of the range is smaller and its a lttle filmsy. The older models back in the days were bigger and made more durable. Oven easier to clean and stove top a little hard to clean we make sure we clean it after each use. If not its harder to come if you don't clean the top when your done cooking.

The stove works well and looks great. The smart features are a big change from my old stove.

We needed to replace an oven in our costal rental. We had recently replaced the DW, MW and Fridge. The oven was the final piece. Stove looks great / modern - fit well in the decor. As for functionality and durability, too early to tell but have high hopes based on past experience with LG. Side note: This was purchased in Oct but the salesperson assured me that BB would price match Black Friday pricing. True to their word, they honored the early bird Black Friday pricing I was able to find. Kudos to BB!

I like the stove very much, it took a little while getting used to cooking on it. I've always had a stove with the raised eyes that you can pop out and trays you have to clean and replace way to often. I pick this glass top stove over my old one anytime.

The options available with this range are awesome. Very easy to use and very sleek to view.
