Not common you walk into a retailer like Best Buy and find a sales person who is confident in their knowledge of the appliance you’re looking at . Confident enough to have explained the inner workings of the LG range/oven you came to see. Confident enough to go over in detail the special fianacing available and confident in comparing the LG to the other models in the store. Impressive. But that’s what I mean best but advertises the fact their associates are knowledgeable enough to help you make an educated decision. Great job to your management crew and the associates to not have fumbled through the encounter they had with myself and my wife. Both of us were sold feeling we had made the “Best” choice of where and what we were going to get. Thanks it’s not easy to replace high ticket items when the situation a rises but to know you got the most competitive price the pro that out weighed the cons in the brands we were looking at and mainly because convincing us that the LG was dollar for dollar a choice we would be happy with then and years to come.

My wife and I are very happy with the new LG oven. It has numerous cooking and oven choices which we are in process of learning more about the stove. Thank you for all the input prior to buying the stove.

So far it seems to be working fine. New technology this stove works differently than previous stoves, not bad just different. I do like the fact that it has air fry ability. Haven’t used it very much yet but I am happy with it so far very nice stove

We purchased this oven to replace an existing unit that had a burned-out heating element twice in 8 years. This LG unit has a multitude of nice features including convection cooking, air frying and other modern features. The one thing that we noticed was how quickly the oven comes up to temperature for not just baking but also the top cooking surface. Overall, we are really happy with this purchase.

We needed to replace an oven in our costal rental. We had recently replaced the DW, MW and Fridge. The oven was the final piece. Stove looks great / modern - fit well in the decor. As for functionality and durability, too early to tell but have high hopes based on past experience with LG. Side note: This was purchased in Oct but the salesperson assured me that BB would price match Black Friday pricing. True to their word, they honored the early bird Black Friday pricing I was able to find. Kudos to BB!

I am really excited and happy for this purchase. I recently purchased my home and was so fed up with the builder grade appliances it came with. After much research I landed on this LG stove which is aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful blue ceramic center. Overall I am very happy with the quality and ease of use

First of all, my hats off to the Geek Squad installers. They performed miracles in getting our appliance into our kitchen. This stove is absolutely beautiful. I love the color of the inside of the oven, it is blue. The right-hand burner is big and has 3 elements to choose from. It has four burners and a warmer. I tested all the burners, and I turned on the oven for over 1 hour as the manual states. It has many features such as air fry, convection, self-cleaning, and the knock feature to turn on the light inside of the oven (Instaview) This stove is replacing an 8-year-old well-known brand that I will never buy again. I will only buy TV's from this particular brand. I hope this beauty serves us well for years to come.

Mom received this for a birthday present. She loves all the features like knock to turn on the oven light, the air fry feature and how fast the cooktop heats up! Seems like it's really build with quality materials, she's very happy!!

It's very nice.. i don't like that the warming feature shuts off after a while. Our old one stayed on until we shut it off. We like to burn candles and by the time the candle is liquid, it shuts off. Other than that, we love all the features.

We received our new LG stove from Best Buy on time scheduled by Josh and Thomas. They did the suggested calling by the 24 hour period and witin the 30 minutes before delivery. My personal thoughts on Josh and Thomas. They were on task and extremely polite. They are an asset to Best Buy's image. Most excellent men!!

The oven comes with 2 gaskets that no one knows how to install including LG themselves, They asked for pictures and proceeded to tell me to take the glass off etc, fast forward a week- turns out they are for filling gaps between the counter and oven, For customer support, stay away from LG..they recommend professional installation, but when installers don't know what something is for LG is terrible for customer support, and geek squad doesn't start their warranty until LG warranty is over..

This oven is great. It is taking getting used to but works well. The only thing i don't love is the knobs. They are confusing to figure out with the types of burner ea one is.

Overall, a great product so far. I don't feel as though the hidden bottom heating element works as well as one exposed, but the clean up is far superior and this only affects things you can't flip during cooking, like pizza. The light turns on randomly, which is a bit annoying.

This replaced an older LG oven and like that it has knobs instead of push button for stovetop temperature control. The stove boils water very quickly and the oven's convection and air frying are solid. Love the edgeless stovetop that lines up well with our counters. The Easy Clean feature is great because it's easier and does better than Self Clean.

The staff's where good. Each and every one listen to me and help me as fast as they can.My LG was delivered in time and in good condition. Thanks to everyone who assisted me.

like the light to come on by tapping the door storage drawer in large enough for most of my baking dishes

So far so good. We like how fast the burners heat up. We also like that the heating elements are hidden so clean up will be very easy.
