    Bought this LG stove for a kitchen renovation. Item was installed after LP conversion. ;Stove top worked but the oven would shut off with error code F9 meaning there was no gas. shocker top was still working. After five attempts to rebuild it was exchange for a new one. The second one also was a complete failure. LG needs to go back to the drawing bpoard and fix the situation. the second stove did the exact same this with the oven but now the top did not work either. refused the item and requested a refund.

    Had to reorder another stove as the first one had a inoperative oven, air fryer and convection oven. best Buy promptly reordered another without any questions asked, waived all delivery charges and even picked up my original GE oven at no cost. The new stove works very well, preheats very fast and oven cooks evenly. would give 5 stars if LG had better quality control.

    Stove top and oven is difficult to clean. Bake and Roast Convection doesn't seem to go above 325°F

    Very dissatisfied! The purchase in the store was great. The scheduling of the installation and haul away was a nightmare. Rescheduled 4 times. When the installer came ( did a fabulous job), he could not haul the old stove away. Not on the work order!! And no room. I paid for it and it is sitting in my driveway for over a week! No one will call me back when I am even able to leave a message! Come on Best Buy - DO BETTER

    Best Buy once again disappoints! Surprise Surprise

    My rating is about Best Buy not this product. I WOULD NOT know hownit works cause yet again Best Buy has messed up delivery and installation. I first completed my purchase in the end of June. It is not July and my delivery has been rescheduled 2 times and yet again I get a call last night about them. CANCELING my delivery for today and rescheduling it for now the 25th. SMH no one at Best Buy actually cares best no one is held accountable for how they mess up their orders and waste customer time.

      For this model, one helpful step is to perform a power reset by turning off the circuit breaker for about 5 minutes, then restoring power. This can sometimes clear control board issues that prevent the oven from heating.     We love our new stove. Like that we can use air bake, bake, or convection oven features. So far so good. We haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet. Replaced a double oven stove/oven combo that was not worth repairing.
