The only positive point which I can make for this stove is that it looks great from this point on it's only going downhill. The LG line of products is only good in a showroom (same goes for Samsung) it's a pain to clean, it's a nightmare to contact LG customer service - even on Twitter! When you ask for support they will direct you to the mobile phones CS, than to the TV CS it's basically a nightmare company

We bought this LRG4113ST range in Jan. 2018 to replace a 20 yr old Kenmore Convection oven. Soon after it was installed we kept smelling gas. The installer came back 3 times & had trouble finding the source but finally did. Then, we began to get the F9 error code. We followed the manual & unplugged the unit & it seemed to work. Then, the oven stopped working at all. It would not preheat. We had to wait until a technician could come to our house (due to Covid-19), so we went about 5 months without an oven. The repairman replaced the ignitor & the valve ($350 bill). We used the oven twice and the next time we tried to preheat it, within 5 minutes, it BLEW UP! I was standing 4 feet away with my young grandson! It went BOOM, was very loud & blew all our cupboard doors open. We quickly exited the house to turn off the main gas line. I was hoping that I could be at least partially reimbursed for this LEMON & the costs I incurred. LG has ignored all my requests. I will never buy another one of their products again & this is the 2nd time I've tried to post this review!

I ordered the stove on February 20th and it was scheduled for delivery in what I thought wss a reasonable time. When it arrived, the delivery crew uncrated it and it had been dropped/damaged to the point where I would not even consider accepting delivery as even the feet were bent and would have damaged my floor. Not to mention, the stove was damaged so badly I would not want to risk connecting it. I contacted the store the next day at the recommendation of the delivery crew and was told by the salesman at best buy that he could not help me. I called the 800 number at best buy and while he was appologetic about the lack of service by the store, the best he could do was reschedule the delivery for the 4th of April. Previous LG products have been good, but the attempted delivery of the damaged unit and the lack of help to get me a replacement in a reasonable time has me questioning best buy in the future.

I had 4 mistakes between deliver times to damage to the stove. Miss work to be there and no shows . I finally received my purchase sfo a month and a half of mistakes. I was very disappointed with the communication and mistakes.

We followed the manual & unplugged the unit & it would work fine again. This went on for another 6 months or so, gradually seeing the error code more often. The 1 yr. warranty was already expired by then. Then, the oven stopped working at all. It was 1.5 yrs old & would not preheat. We had to wait until a technician could come to our house (due to Covid-19), so we went about 5 months without an oven. The repairman replaced the ignitor & the valve ($350 bill). We used the oven twice and the next time we tried to preheat it, within 5 minutes, it BLEW UP! I was standing 4 feet away with my young grandson! It went BOOM, was very loud & blew all our cupboard doors open. We quickly exited the house to turn off the main gas line. I am hoping that I can be at least partially reimbursed for this LEMON & the costs I incurred. The range still looks like new but it scares me to death. It is sitting in the garage & we replaced it with a GE.
