Great unit and works great. Heat very fast and is very easy to use. Very nice looking unit. Only complaint is that this unit is not truly print proof and prints and scratches are easily noticed.

Super simple functions on the display and it looks great with the other LG suite. Replaced a basic GE model. This unit seems to heat quicker on both the stove and the oven than my prior GE model. All in all, a great purchase.

Touch panel takes some getting use to. It had a small nick that you can tell was touched up by the factory. Convection feature is great and so are the burners. Huge step up from my whirlpool that it replaced.

I have had this stove for about a month now. There a several nice elements to this and several things I do not like. Pros: Looks nice, interior light oven, heats up fast Cons: Came with a cosmetic blemish in the rubber seal around the stove top (worried if this will be comprised/warp in the future after repeated use of heat). To use the temperature on the burners I need to repeatedly push the button (and it goes in .5 increments) to reach desired heat level, again worried about the longevity before the control panel gives problems to that burner. The biggest complaint is the stove stop. VERY HARD TO CLEAN! I have used a daily product without getting it cleaned. I then bought heavy duty cleaner, no luck. I used vinegar & baking soda. No luck. And I just want to point out the pictures provided (hopefully they successfully uploaded) are photos of 2 of the top burners and the only thing was water that slightly bubbled over on day 1, a photo of the rubber blemish, and the product I have tried. I am so disappointed in this! Last but not least, the bottom warming drawer is tiny. Do not think you will get to store anything in it except possibly cookie sheets!

Having different size pots and pans are no problem with this oven. You can choose the size you need with one click. Heats up quickly, cooks food evenly. Easy to clean stove top. No need to continually check the oven as once you've got your food in, set the timer and when it buzzes it's done! Easy cleanup on inside.

After shopping at a number of stores, looking at many, MANY stoves, we stopped at Best Buy and were shown this wonderful LG. Keep in mind, our old stove was over 25 years old, and after years of replacing drip pans and elements, we decided we had had enough. This new LG has a ceramic glass top (no more replacing drip pans and elements!!!) and NO KNOBS!!! Our old stove (I won't mention the brand, but it consisted of two letters, the first one being "G") was so hard to keep clean, especially around the knobs, and if you wiped the knobs, the LETTERS AND NUMBERS WOULD RUB OFF! With this LG, no knobs, problem solved. We are VERY happy with this stove!

Upgrading my small kitchen, looked specifically for a range that wasn't too deep. Depth of range is listed as 28" including the handle. The handle protrudes 2.25" which would make the depth 25.75. WRONG. They fail to account for the 2 metal bubbles behind the console which protrude another 3/4". Instead of being flush with my standard counter width, the stove protrudes an inch out, plus the handle. Seems like all appliances are being made too big to fit in existing kitchens! Annoying that they can't be accurate about dimensions. In addition the timer noise is too faint to hear from another room! Haven't cooked or baked yet, will update.

I just had the range installed today so still getting adjusted to the changes...my old range was a smooth top but almost 20 years old. I love the way the appliances match even down to the handles. The appliances really brought new life to the kitchen. The only thing I haven't got an answer to yet is where to obtain the spray bottle or its size to purchase one for cleaning the oven.

    Buyer Beware

We purchased several LG products (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and this range) a few months ago. Very happy with all items, except the range. We had it only a couple of weeks and you could notice scratch marks on the burners after use. Never had this issue with our previous smooth top range. LG customer service rep wanted to know what types of pot/pans we were using as they could cause damage to smooth tops. We informed them that we had no issues with them on our previous range, so they sent out a tech as it was under a month since purchase (appears to be the time frame for anything they consider cosmetic to be fixed). The tech ended up replacing the smooth top of the range as he stated it appeared scratch marks were under the actual top surface. We also ended up buying a new expensive set of pots/pans which were made for smooth tops in order to hopefully avoid any possible issues on with the new top. Unfortunately, the new top is having the same issues as the old one and marking the burners. I'm not sure how this surface top passes LG quality control, but there is no way I could recommend this range to anyone.

I've been using this new range for a few months now. I bought this one in particular because (1) it seemed easiest to clean; (2) it had a convection option, which I wanted for baking; and (3) it had an extra-large-sized stovetop burner. The LG sale didn't hurt, either. ;-) The quality and consistency of food made on the stovetop and in the oven has been wonderful. Having previously had a gas range from a different brand, I had to get used to waiting a little longer for the stovetop to heat up, and to pushing buttons instead of turning knobs. At first I was slightly annoyed about both of these things, but now I feel that it's well worth it. I don't have to worry about the cat bumping into the knobs and turning on the stovetop when we're away. And I love that the front two burners have a selection of circle / burner size to match your pan. The one on the front-right can go up three sizes to match the bottom of my huge pans that I use for large servings of meat, or pancakes. The oven cooks evenly, so you don't have to turn pans while cooking or baking. You can choose between bake, convection, and broil. There is an auto-conversion that you can select with convection, in case you aren't familiar with the difference between baking and convection temps. I've made crispy french fries via bake, and the best, slightly-browned gluten-free banana muffins I've ever created via convection in this oven. This is so worth it! I have yet to use the steam-clean / 20-minutes easy clean, but will prefer that to the regular oven cleaning mode since I live in a condo and don't want to accidentally set off all the smoke alarms. Water droplets leave marks on the stainless steal exterior, but it's not hard to wipe down all the services with warm water and paper towels. Make sure you buy some stovetop cleaner for glasstops when you purchase the oven; I've been using Weiman, which is working out great. After I first purchased the oven, I had to let the oven run on a hot temp for quite awhile before the smell went away. (The install people ran it for awhile, then I had to run it again the next day.) Open some windows and give it time; once the smell is gone, it is gone, and it won't come back to haunt your food. I'd recommend this range and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I love this range cooking is easy & the stove top is very easy to clean. Still getting use to the flat top range but it does heat up very quickly. I love the color. I chose Matte Black Stainless. My other appliances are Black stainless but I’m not happy with that finish so I switch to this new color & I love it. It doesn’t look bad with the other pieces on the Black stainless. I have not tried the self cleaning function yet so I can’t review it. The over cooks evenly.

I have had this range for about 7 weeks now and love it. It cooks very evenly and the convection works great. It's very easy to use and is packed with great features. It's built very well and seems like it will last a long time. I wish I had replaced to old oven sooner. I've seen a few reviews about water or burn spots on the glass top. I have also encountered this. I was able to remove them easily with some automotive rubbing compound. Once the spots were removed I followed up with some spray cleaner to remove any wax left behind. Looked like new again when finished.

This stove is easy to use and has amazing features. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stove that has flexibility. 2 of the burners can be adjusted to fit different pan sizes, it has a warming burner, convection oven and it also has easy clean and self cleaning feature. To top it all off it really looks nice.

Got this stove installed with a group of LG products that we purchased. It works well and seems to cook evenly. We did have to adjust the thermostat due to the fact that it was cooking hotter than it was set at. The stove does stick out a little more than indicated by the size, but really not all that noticeable. Easy to clean the top of it with soap and water and for burnt on stains I use vinegar and baking soda, it works great and comes right off. The control panel does feel slightly flimsy and I expect that will be the first part to go, but we'll have to see. The inside of the stove is a great looking blue that is really easy to clean and wipe out. We love the stove and hope to get many years of use out of it, but just in case we purchased the geek squad protection. Let's be honest, these appliances are not built like they used to be. I love the look of the stove, cooks great, cleans easy and does what it should. Would recommend.

Is it a $4000 restaurant grade gas range with all the bells and whistles? Of course not. But it is an excellent range for the home cook. It's got a variety of burner sizes and good precision on lower heat settings (1.0->3.0 in increments of 0.2). The warming zone is great for large meals like Thanksgiving where you've got gravy you made 2 hours ago that you want to keep warm until it's time to eat. The oven has conventional and convection settings and temperature control seems accurate. Haven't used the self cleaning, as the interior surface is easy to clean with just a wipe.

My husband and I decided on this range after deliberating for months. We are so glad we chose this one! It's stylish, easy to clean, and is exactly what we were looking for. We've always cooked with gas, but have found this electric range to cook evenly and cleans up super easy! I read reviews before purchasing that mentioned the glass cooktop is easy to scratch. My husband isn't the easiest on things, but the cooktop seems to be quite durable and hasn't scratched. Overall, I would highly recommend this LG range!
