This was not the oven I ordered, but after a ton of grief from BB delivery it is the stove I ended up with and boy am I happy with it! I have never had an electric stove the burns so evenly. It also cleans up like a dream. I would highly recommend the stove, just not the delivery service.

we bought all 4 appliance, the range had 2 dents on it before installed. then the installers burnt a blanket on one of the eyes. to get this off they borrowed a razor blade cleaner and pull holes on the burner. Best buys said they will replace it but we have yet to get it a and we bought this before ThanksGiving (now 12/24/2016) they have supposedly have tried, today will be the 3rd time. I think they need help on installs and delivery part.

We bought just before Thanksgiving .This range is great value for the money. It has exceeded my expectations. Its a great looking range and the knobs in the front are much easier to use than having to reach across the cooktop. It is easy to keep clean and the convection works. We use it daily.

I had to get used to the knobs, they only indicate high and low, no medium. Very easy to keep the surface clean as long as you use a microfiber cloth. No other cloth should be used, it could scratch the metal.

All my needs are met with this stove. Four burners and a warming burner are sufficient for cooking on top. The oven is large with three adjustable shelves for baking and broiling. Touch controls make it easy to use and although the stovetop knobs are easy to remove and clean I would not recommend if there are children or adults who tend to lean over to reach. The dials on the front have been turned on in error by several guests. That is a concern but I reside alone and am careful

Pros: Stylish, Quality Construction, Intuitive Controls, Best Buy pricing very competitive, Best Buy service impressive. Con: Arrangement of burners. I wanted to replace my old GE gas range with an electric range with a convection oven. I was hesitant because I like the styling and quality of the range. Also, I wanted to avoid reaching over the burners for the controls: I wanted controls on the front rather than the rear. Pricing for what I wanted seemed prohibitive. After shopping around, I found this range which met most of my wishes. Best Buy's pricing was very competitive (for the range as well as installation and extended warranty) so I purchased from them. The price of this range was the same that I paid for the GE gas range in 1998. I was impressed at how well customer service kept me informed at each step during the delivery process. The burners seem to heat somewhat faster than the old gas range so I am more attentive while cooking on the stove top. The only issue is that I feel somewhat constrained because of the burner arrangement (e.g., larger burner on the front instead of the rear). I preferred using the rear burners for the larger pots, however, I adjusted to the new order. Other reviewers commented that it was difficult to keep the stove top clean. I haven't had that problem. I don't know whether it is because I clean it every time I cook (to avoid build-up) or because I haven't used it long enough for the problem to surface. So far, so good.

Great range ... convection works nice .... easy to use ... and you can connect to your phone but limited use .. more to sends alerts about cleaning and updates ..

I love this stove ! It looks great and is amazing to cook on . There are so many ways to cook / bake that I haven’t figured them all out yet . Cooking is an absolute pleasure .

Pros: Burner controls on the front of the range reduces the likelihood of burns that comes with ranges with back panel controls. The burners heat up quickly to reach desired cooking temperature. Convection oven performs well in all modes whether baking, broiling or roasting. Cons: Back panel controls are unlit requiring over range microwave light to see. Oven racks are not as sturdy or well made as expected.

I am very happy that there are nobs for the stovetop rather than digital - which in my opinion is more likely to break. The oven is a very pretty blue and very spacious. It takes less than ten minutes to heat to 350F, I don't know if they have faster, but it works for us. We have been using both the oven and stovetop daily for three weeks since installation and do not have any major complaints. Our only problem was with the Best Buy delivery as they did not honour the delivery date and were very uncooperative when we phoned to reschedule.

I recently purchased this oven and love it! Convection fan is not nearly as loud as some other ranges I've had. The oven looks nice, cleans up great!

This LG Range works great. Love the Tru Convection Oven. Bakes items so even and quickly compared to our last oven. The stove top is easy to use with the controls up front instead of reaching over boiling and frying foods. Heat is consistent. So glad we decided on this unit for our upgrade to our kitchen. I am enjoying it more and more each day.

We purchased this range shortly before Thanksgiving to replace our range that was having issues. This range is fantastic! It looks great. It is solid and well-constructed. It cooks food to perfection! Our food tastes juicier and better, and the stove cooks similar to a gas stove but with electric convenience. Our Thanksgiving meal came out beautifully with it. It also has cheerful timer sounds, and the convection feature looks fun. This is an ideal oven for the price. Our entire purchasing and installation experience went wonderfully. I will always choose Best Buy for my appliance needs.

I am really pleased with my decision to purchase this range, it looks great in my kitchen with our other LG appliances. We love the LG EasyClean feature which cleans the oven in only 10 minutes! No more element trays to clean. The convection feature is great. Overall we are very pleased with this oven!

I had a range that was working great but needed a refrigerator and wanted to upgrade to stainless. I like the controls up front and they lock for safety reasons! I have used the conventional oven and it bakes very even and my cake turned out great. I am anxious to use the convection oven but haven't had it long enough to try everything. So far I'm very pleased!

Only had the range for a week, but so far it is great! The one thing I'm having to adjust to is that the convection turns on and off automatically when baking so I'm hsving to watch the baking time because things seem to bake a little more quickly than I'm used to. I am enjoying the pizza setting which turns on the broiler occasionally while baking to give a nice browning. On a less serious note, every time the "buzzer" goes off it makes me chuckle because it plays a little tune. I will update if I find any problems.
