I love my new LG Induction/Convection oven. It’s everything I hoped it would be

The easiest cooking ever! It is pleasure to use and clean it. Highly recommended.

Delivered late as it was back ordered. Did not realize all of the burners were induction coils. Had to but all new pots and pans. Have not used the oven yet

Easy purchase on a Saturday, in store. Delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Cooked with it Thursday and Friday. It boiled water as fast as a gas grill!!! I loved it!!! Then, it was dead on day three: Saturday. IT LASTED TWO DAYS!!! What is wrong with manufacturers???? Surface units completely dead. Oven would heat up and turn off. It is also NOT a 'true 30"' as stated and the installers had to cut our countertops for it to fit! HUGE MESS!

Waited 3 weeks for my new range to be shipped from California to Hawaii. The delivery people found that the range was badly damaged upon unboxing it and removing my old range from my home.I will now have to wait another 5 weeks for a replacement to be shipped in! Where is the quality control? Why did no one confirm that the product was in good condition prior to shipping and delivery?!

Took a month to get an electrician add a circuit required to run the new induction range we purchased. The month delay resulted in the range exceeding the return window. When we finally hooked it up yesterday, we discovered the range isn't operable. It's going to take a week to get a repairman to come out. And the kicker? If it has to be replaced, this model is no longer available. If parts have tobeordered,many weeks will we be without a cooktop? $3,000 down the drain.

Top does not stay cool To the touch. Takes a long time to cool down

I bought this in March of 2021. It wasn't delivered until April or May of 2021. Now, in June of 2022, 3 out of the 5 eyes don't work and I have to pay someone to fix it. I paid over $2700 for this and it did not last a year. I will NEVER buy another LG product again.

The stovetop stopped working right at 1 year. No one can seem to fix it. Best Buy will not replace the item even tho we bought the protection plan. A service person has been out 5 times and after 4 months it's still not working.

Can't wait to receive my new Range. It was backordered. I will update review then.

I received this and a couple days later, before using it, I got out the instruction book and did the testing on the burners. One of the five burners was faulty. It’s been a few weeks and I am awaiting my replacement. I’m not happy.

Two of the burners stopped working on range after only two months. Called repair person from LG out, they can't fix it. They are refunding my money, but I've had no range for 3 weeks.

I've had it a little over a year and one of the cooktops is not working anymore.

I have a Jenn Air pro-style gas range in a ski house and induction at home. Induction is soo much faster and easier to control. It boils water more than twice as hast as my 15,000btu gas burner, it is more responsive, heat doesn't escape up the side of the pan and make the handles red hot, and it is so much easier to clean. There is not a single thing about gas that I like better than induction.

As good as expected. Burners heat up quickly, faster than traditional electric. Oven heats up to temperature fast. Great features. Proof setting perfectly maintains low oven temp. 3 racks. Everything you could want. I hope the racks will slide in and out more easily with use. The unit we received from Best Buy was seriously dented in on the back and Best Buy was quick to offer up a return or to refund a portion of the sales price. We used the refund to purchase an extended warranty but kept the unit as no replacements are available for months.

This is exactly what we wanted for our new kitchen. We've been using a $100 single induction cooktop for a decade and what an upgrade this was! It's efficient, quick, safe, and convenient.

I waited a while to review, so I can learn about the range. So far, over a month, and I love it. It fits my needs perfectly. I have cut my prep and cook time down significantly, this thing heats up pots and pans fast. Dialing in the temps was a challenge, but once you figure out your spots for making grill cheese sandwiches, this thing cooks it evenly and consistently every time. Boiling a large pot of water in minutes rather than the old 10-15 minutes days are long gone. I can say that if you have several WiFi systems in your house, I found I had to only have the main system broadcasting to connect to the WiFi, some nice to have features, but I don't use them that much, but it is nice to get reminders that the oven is preheated, or a timer if I am away from the kithcen that things are complete. I don't use the oven that much, so the "smart" feature of you need to clean your oven is a programmed every two weeks. This oven has a quick clean feature so you don't have to do the entire 4 hour one, it's a spray with water and in ten minutes it's clean. Be sure to read the manual for the setting up and break in phase and be sure to check the oven temps with two or three oven thermometers, adjusting the temps is easy, but I had a bad thermometer and needed to check it a second time. This oven is amazing!
