Customers are saying
Customers appreciate the induction cooktop's performance and the oven's even cooking capabilities, noting that food cooks quickly. They also find the range easy to use and clean. However, some customers mention challenges with the size of the burners, finding that smaller pans may not heat efficiently on the larger burner. The slower heating time of the burners compared to other brands was also noted by some users.

Good overall, but I wish I could read the knobs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good overall, but I wish I could read the knobs. Love the WiFi features, ovens seem perfect. I have fine eyesight, but the knobs are inscribed white (bake etc...) on the black stainless. I have to bring a light in to read them. They should probably be illuminated.

Great range
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is easy to clean and works well with my induction pots and pans. I will say the app has reported to me to clean the oven after the first time bake cookies. It stated to me that I had to clean the oven. The oven is spotless ....... So I am not sure what criteria was used for it to say that in the app.

Great product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love induction cooking. It's fast - instant heat and instantly off as well. The glass top stays clean and wipes clean easily. The oven temperature is accurate and the oven is large enough to cook several things at once. It looks good and wipes clean. I am totally satisfied with this range.

Love our new induction/convection range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve wanted an induction range for a long time and this beauty does not disappoint. It’s been a nice upgrade from our previous, ‘builder grade’ glass top electric slide in range. The induction/convection combo plus the amazing sale price made this a no-brainer. We’ve only had it about a month but have been using it about 4 times/week and so far it’s great. Burner output control rivals gas, and convection oven turns out perfectly cooked food every time. Plays a cute song when preheated. Haven’t had to clean it yet other than a quick wipe so can’t speak to that. The only, somewhat trivial, complaint is having to turn a knob to select oven functions rather than selecting buttons on the front display panel. But it’s a minor inconvenience that doesn’t affect function. We did a lot of research and compared many ranges, and so far we are very happy with this purchase.

Induction is amazing!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moved to Florida & forced to have an electric stove. I hated it! I was just about to have a gas line installed $$$$, when someone told me about induction. Best purchase ever!!! Total control of heat. I love that this LG has knobs instead of digital controls. The oven is amazing. I baked a cake to perfection. Cleans up so easily. Highly recommend. ;)

Amazing induction top and convection oven!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This range combines the best of both worlds: an amazing induction stovetop and convection oven. Clean, easy to use, and high quality! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. These LG appliances have turned me into a loyalist and I am yet to be disappointed.

Love the induction!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. In 6 months of ownership, I have had one issue. The front right 'burner' has been replaced - it was not detecting my pans, except for the cast iron. It still has some problems detecting pans on that 'burner' but it works fine if I don't go to the highest setting first. The induction is so awesome. Instant temperature changes, water boils so quickly. What a difference from conventional electric. I would 100% buy this again.

Great induction cook top and convection oven!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great induction cook top. Turbo mode works awesome, boils water shockingly fast. As good if not better than gas. I love the instant heat control, responds so much quicker and more precisely than regular electric. Convection oven cooks nice and evenly, so much better than my old conventional.

Love the induction cooktop!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so pleased with the induction stove! I no longer have to wait minutes for a pan to heat up to start sauteing. The cooktop seems just as quick to react to changing the heat setting as a gas stove would be. My husband loves the blue interior and it is the only reason why he wanted to be buy it. Then again, he doesn't cook! :D I hadn't done any research into induction cooktops, but I had thought that the top would just warm to the touch. This was important to me because my cats like to counter-surf. Well, the burners are still very hot after using them. Having said that, I would still get the induction cooktop again.

Only a couple of minor negatives
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG range after a month of use is good. The induction cooktop is a dream to cook with, and easy clean up. It needs cleaning often because it is like having a mirror on top of the range. Little splashes show. The oven is accurate and so far easy clean. I have not used it a lot though. I have Anolon X pans and a circulon WOK. They have nice stainless pads on the bottom. I do not have noise problems like some reviews talk about on induction tops. Thicker pan equals better operation. We had a couple of old pans that were thin and worked less dreamlike, but were not overly noisy. .

Best induction paired with cool features!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously owned a Viking induction range which worked very well. Had to replace it do to a costly breakdown. The induction technology on this range greatly exceeded the Viking. The heating area of the viking would have a slim hot ring where as the LG is much thicker allowing for much more even cooking. I've worked in a kitchen for over a decade and I would say that induction is the way to go for best professional results paired with greatest safety in regards to someone accidentally turning a burner on. Love the light bars in front of each induction burner that glows to indicate a magnetic connection is good. The bar also gets wider indicating how hot you have the burner set. This way you don't even have to see where the burner is dialed to know the magnitude of the heat generated. The number of little touches really makes the oven worth the extra cost over the electric and gas varieties.

All I can think is wow technology.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better than I expected. I can take cold soup out of the refrigerator put it into a pan put it on high walk away to go freshen up in the bathroom and come back in it’s boiling. Easy to allow leftovers to be warmed up quickly and efficiently without having to use the microwave. All I can think is wow technology. Much easier to clean because the surfaces don’t get us hot And nothing has an opportunity to bake in to the surface. Looking forward to owning this for the next 10 to 15 years.

Poor usability & reliability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The cooling fan is very noisy & runs for several minutes after use. Whenever you change power levels on the stovetop, it briefly turns off the burner before changing to the new level, causing uneven cooking temperature. I also wish it knew to gradually increase power when turning a burner on initially. It is so powerful that if you turn it straight to one of the higher power levels, it will warp your cookware bottom & burn a ring in it. And worst of all, after just 3 years, 2 burners stopped working and I have to pay over $800 to repair it because of the warranty is only 1 year. It also takes hours on hold with customer service just to schedule a service appointment several weeks in the future. Don't bother with LG, you are better off paying more for a better brand.

great product that works as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning this unit for a few months i must say it Works very well - very fast! !! Adjusts up or down in temp instantly just as gas. I like the design and astetics. I do wish the "burner" heat adjustments were infinite with a free rotating adjustment Nob as opposed to fixed 1 2 3 4ect position for temp. The Mobil app connective stuff is stupid for the fact that each time you want to use it you have to physically select on the stove before you can use it. You can them make one adjustment or use of it before you again must physically select you want to use it again. If it worked all the time without having to physically select it at the range unit it would be great. Oven is amazing and cooks everything perfectly and quickly. Would 100 percent recommend this unit and if I move from my house would surely take it with me. If you can't get gas (or maybe even if you can) this induction unit is for sure a way to go

LG induction stove good - installation inadequate
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stove seems to be excellent. The delivery people should have installed the tip-over - that was left to me, and I'm not well supplied to do this sort of thing. So - I can't really use it fully until I get all the tools and someone to help me move it. They also did not level it - they said that there were no levelers on the back, but the owners manual says that there are. OF course - I could not check that out before they left.

Great range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The induction top cooks fast and evenly. You need to use pots, pans, kettles that are induction capable. Don’t walk away from the tea kettles as it will whistle you back before you know it. The oven is large and cooks very well and may take time to get used to as it’s more efficient and cook times are shorter.if a pan is rough bottom you can use a grill sheet used on barbecues to protect the glass.

I cannot tell you how much I love this range.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This range is unbelievably beautiful, is incredible, perfect and please LG don't change anything, it is wonderful. And I have never owned anything before that I wanted to review. You need pots that are stainless not aluminium but you do not have to buy an expensive new set to work on this - use a large pot on the big ring and match the smaller rings with smaller pots. The convection oven heats up quickly and the temperature is accurate. I even love the music it uses to tell you food is ready.

Rear Gap Filler missing (page 19 of the manual)
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great oven, but page 19 of the manual says that there is a rear gap filler included. I need to install it, but the delivery guys didn't give it to me and the salesman says "It doesn't come with that." Well, page 19 of the manual says it does. I think it was probably thrown out with the packaging by the delivery guys. I have Total Tech too. But my first issue and the answer is "It doesn't come with that." So happy with the oven, but not happy with Best Buy.

Induction range works great.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I have been a dyed-in-the-wool gas range user my entire life. But I love this range. It is low profile so the beauty of my granite on the back splash shines through. It is easy to use and to clean/maintain (no more pulling off grates, etc., to clean the range top. It is efficient and the pans only heat on the bottom so the handle stays pretty cool. Love it.
