Installation was done and delivery okay except that when pan with water was tested after delivery one of the burners does not work. Thanks to not enough people working and lack of Chinese parts it will be a month before replacement is due. Better instruction of “installers” would be good, but on the other hand if they had found it they would have taken it back and we would have no use of any part of the range! A sign of the times we live in I suppose. We ordered 3 appliances and have had issues with all 3! Not sure I can blame BB but it has been a trying experience.

Been reading up on induction stoves for some time. This one had good reviews and was reasonably priced. So far good, really like it.

I love this product!! The induction heats very quickly and similar to gas, when you turn it off, it is off. The convection oven is a dream! And not having true "elements" in the stovetop makes clean up very easy. It saves your pots and pans too, because it doesn't cook everything onto the surface.

So far, everything expected and hoped for. We decided to spent extra money to get the performance of a gas stove without gas combustion products. And, that’s what we have. More so! The burners heat water to boiling twice as fast as our previous gas range. Controls are great. Smooth glass cooktop stays cool — another promise of induction fulfilled — and it very easy, actually thrilling, to clean.

This oven has been such a wonderful addition to my home. I luckily had it installed the month before the pandemic started, and it has been such an important part of my life since then. It heats up so quickly that it saves me a lot of time in aggregate. And it's just so reliable. I did have to buy a lot of new pots and pans, but it was worthwhile. The quality of my new pots and pans (Le Creuset and All-Clad) has, together with the oven, helped take my cooking up to the next level.

We are using this range for three weeks now and it works well overall. The oven needs more time than my previous oven but we are learning to use it and get good results. It is also nice looking. We did not try the wifi so I do not know how well it works.

Super stove. Cost a bit more than regular electric stove, but well worth it. It does everything but wash dishes!

Best range I ever owned, very good quality and easy to use. Like it better than a gas range.

It took some getting used to after years of cooking on a smooth top electric range but I love it!!!! It is much faster than a conventional electric range. I originally ordered it on 4/1/21 then because of a computer glitch, reordered on 7/7/21. It was delivered and installed 9/11/21. DEFINITELY worth the wait!!

Great installation team, in and out quickly, and had everything they needed. Cook top cleans easily, has safety features that beep when you turn on the wrong burner. The oven works quickly and efficiently, and is easy to clean with several rack positions.

We love the induction cooking. Things cook much faster on stovetop. The oven heats up fast and evenly bakes.

I’ve always cooked with gas and was hesitant to buy this oven however I am blown away with how well it works!! The speed of boiling water alone is outstanding. Adjusting the heat is a breeze and I get instant results. No more boil overs! The surface is easy to clean and the inside is beautiful. A little pricey but worth every penny. Cooking with induction is a game changer.

Works perfectly every time. No problems. Perfect oven temperature. The top is easy to clean.

GREAT INDUCTION STOVE TOP CONVECTION OVEN I REALLY LOVE THE "LOCK" FEATURE WHEN THE GRANDKIDS COME OVER. THE INDUCTION COOKTOP HEATS UP VERY QUICKLY AND COOLS DOWN VERY FAST. THE OVEN IS REALLY BIG AND COOKS VERY FAST WITH THE CONVECTION FEATURE. HAVING THE CONTROLS IN THE FRONT ARE MUCH EASIER TO REACH.

top does not clean properly after month or so use, you have to wipe it off immediately or it sticks.

Highly recommend for those who love to cook and bake! Pros--immediate response when adjusting burner settings, spilled foods don't cook onto smoothtop surface, burner surface gets only moderately hot and cools quickly, even oven heat when baking on more than one rack. Cons--small storage drawer. Note--requires induction-ready cookware, like cast iron, enameled cast iron, and stainless steel or steel-clad.
