We have had this range for a few weeks now. Oven maintains even temperature for baking and roasting whole chicken. The 22K burner heats water extremely fast. Over all we are impressed with the cooking performance.

This is the newer LG model, love the features including the lighted knobs. I also have this connected with my LG microwave also new.

This is the best stove Ive ever had. The quality is top and above, easy to use, clean and the the remote app setting great.

I had a Jenn Air stove for over 15 years. Needed to replace and purchased the LG stove. This stove is far superior to the Jenn Air in all Ways. Constuction, Looks, sms features. Love the grill on top, Love the Blue interior, Love the light up knobs and love the display panel

Awesome range. After a lot of research settled in on this model. Perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality. Okay nothing is perfect but for the price this comes pretty close. Pros: oven works great with or without the convection. The temperature probe is terrific on turkeys and roasts. The backlit control knobs are a great reminder a burner is on. Haven’t made enough of a mess yet to try the cleaning options but I’m sure after the holidays I’ll be giving it the acid test. The interior lighting is great as is the large window allowing for easy review of progress without having to open it. The blue enamel interior is surprisingly beautiful and makes me smile every time I open it. The burners range from small low simmer to double large with massive heating capabilities. The sealed burners of the cook top are over a stainless steel surface that cleans so easily that it’s easy to keep showroom looking. Some folks have issues with the cast iron grates which are a bit rough. A little kitchen cleaner spray and they have cleaned beautifully but you may not want to drag any pots over them if you are worried about scratching the bottoms. The burner plates over each burner clean fairly well with same cleaner but I can see they may get a “patina “ with more use, something I can live with as long as everything else stays easy to clean. In general this range surpasses the commercial style ranges all over the place in both functional and style and at half the cost. The commercial ranges, have very few amenities and don’t self clean. Cons: Hmm, First the burners have a strange temperature range. When adjusting the flame you have to get past medium before the flame starts to diminish and never gets really low except for the largest burner which is fine. Maybe they can be adjusted for better range, just haven’t figured that out yet. The only other real con was the purchase process which was a true adventure in patience and stamina. The good news is Best Buy stood behind the product and their instructions all the way and the store managers and online support never flinched at working to make me happy along the way. In the end we got a great range that’s a joy to cook with and kept good relationships with everyone involved.

Nice stove but sometimes the grates holding up a he pots would melt/drip a rubbery substance which is difficult to remove. Also the clearance on the back of the stove doesn’t have enough clearance for the gas line so it sticks out about an inche from the back edge of the counter.

In September 2025, Best Buy installed the LG 6.3 Gas Range and immediately (after they left) I noticed a large dent along the cooktop. I called Best Buy and after being directed to numerous different offices, was able to arrange a replacement …however…the smell of gas became noticeable that evening, and I had to pay for a plumber’s emergency call! The plumber did a “bubble test” and found a gas leak where the Best Buy installation team had connected the gas to the back of the range. BEST BUY DID NOT PROPERLY CONNECT THE GAS LINES TO THE RANGE! The plumber turned off the gas and I reported this to several Best Buy personnel the next day. I was assured that someone would reach out to me regarding this incredibly dangerous, and possibly deadly, situation that the Best Buy installation team created in my home. The next day, a new range was installed by a different Best Buy team and I triple-checked the connections this time. Still waiting to hear from Best Buy and unfortunately will not recommend Best Buy in the future. Someone could have been seriously injured or worse. ..The LG gas range is great and we fortunately survived (the poor instillation) to be able to enjoy it.

Great range Has everything needed and more Price was great Love it

We went to Best Buy to get a new oven and stovetop and were helped by one of the associates (Harry) there. He was very helpful and explained the different options in our price range. We ended up purchasing this one which looks like a great product. We are set to have it installed this Saturday. Great customer service and easy purchasing with the Best Buy card made this a breeze.

So far, so good! I have tried almost all of the features, except for the full clean and the Air Sous Vide. Everything works great. The only drawback is the surface on the cooktop area is rough to the touch.

This is the perfect range. I love the techy features like the WiFi capabilities and the ability to use the app. I also love the large view through the door to see food as it is cooking.

So far so good overall. It's only been a few days. The lit up control knobs with buttons are a nice feature.

After 10 days, I Tried to exchange older model for newer one. Had to call customer service and of course they didn’t add the 5 year warranty I paid and charged for. They claimed that they will add in after delivery and install. I have worked with Best Buy long enough to know they WILL NOT ADD WARRANTY, after delivery and install. Have to request complete refund.
