Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We like this stove so far. burners all heat up quick with good easy to use controls. top front burners fire up for different size pans. oven has an air fryer function which is Pretty handy. convection oven is great for those large meals that require oven.cleaning is about the same as our last stove, sometimes easy sometimes not. haven't used all functions of this stove yet but so far it's good.

Let me start by saying I don’t cook much so im definitely not an expert but after I purchased the stove i had a 4 star chef come over and they were very unimpressed with this stove. The oven heats unevenly from the beginning and it doesn’t hold a true temperature. Finding the sweet spot to cook is very difficult in the oven. The tap light for the oven decided to turn on by itself after 2 1/2 years so you might walk into the kitchen and the oven light will be on you have to tap to turn it off. The final straw the glass top cracked from end to end and in 2 corners by itself, we hadn’t cooked on it in almost a week. Of course its out of manufacure warranty so we are without a stove right now it looks pretty but functionality is not there.

LREL6325D Horrible stove, heed others warnings!

On the low setting it acts like a low boil, it will spit the sauce/water right out of the pan. Cook a grilled cheese on medium and you will get a burnt one. The top does not clean well at all. The control Temps are hard to read. The oven... This is why I really hate this 8 month old stove. It does not heat properly, at all. Temps are 30 degrees off up or down. But LG says this is normal. It's not normal for a cake to take 20+ minutes longer to cook. Pizza never cooks properly, bottom over cooked while cheese not even melted. Had a service tech out 2 times just to be told its staying within temp allowance. Total trash. I bought this because of the good reviews, but now I'm trying to warn others. The air fryer does take longer than a counter one. It takes just as long to air fry as it would to bake in a good oven. And well you definitely don't wanna bake them in this oven. Run from this product and from lg. Also I posted this review on lg's website, even after email conformation they still did not post my review. Shows they control how many 1 star ratings they show.

Best Buy actually asked me if I wanted a repair person to com out and fix a brand new never been used product! Really? I am done with Best Buy.
