Beautiful range. This LG range has all the same functions & more as ranges twice & three times the price. Unless you’re a professional chef, don’t waste your money on a top named brand range that will only impress your friends. Buy LG, which is beautiful & practical The controls are substantial & not flimsy, & of course, I love the inside oven blue color. I often use the convection mode & greatly appreciate the high powered burner. This LG range looks smart & classy!

Love my new oven. I’ve wanted a glass top for a long time so I finally did it after researching for a long time. Getting used to the knobs and which way to go to heat the different sizes. The Oven heats up so much faster than my last one. I have even used the air fryer and love it. So far so good.

I read mixed reviews but I purchased due to the aesthetics of the oven. Cleaning the stove area was easy using a cook top cleaner. I haven’t cleaned the inside of the oven as of yet. I baked a pound cake 325 for 1 hour and 20 mins. The oven was too hot. I baked 4 medium size sweet potatoes on 375 for 45 mins, not soft, I had turned up the oven to 400 for another 45 mins. I have to get use to this oven. I do believe it was a great value for the price.

So many great features…roaster, convection, air fryer, and so much more. Bluetooth is awesome.

I am into everything Alexa and needed a new stove so I chose this one. So far I am loving the stove. My only complaint is in order to use Alexa or the app to turn on/preheat the oven I need to be at the stove and turn on the feature. Once it is on it stays on until I either use the oven or open the door. I love the fact I can see the status of the burners in the app.

Absolutely love the stove and oven top. The fan on the inside of the stove helps cooks everything evenly.

This is the first higher end range we’ve purchased. What sold us were the options available for the price. The finishes are very nice, the stainless is bright as is the the oven interior. Knobs are well made, the surfaces heat quickly, and the convection function is a nice added touch. We’ve not tried the air fryer yet, (wish it came with the basket), so cannot comment on that function.

Love this stove. Still learning to use all the features: air frying, convection, bread proofing, etc.

Very happy with our new range. Can’t wait to use the Air Fryer capability.

I settled for something more in line with my wallet it matches my microwave (whirlpool) and fridge which was difficult to find. Jury still out on the “air fry” feature versus a oven and a air fry. There is a major adjustment on using it versus my old range. One major dislike is the stove top it is black it shows every Crum grain of salt my old whirlpool was multi colored with black & greys

Absolutely loving this oven. It was a minor upgrade from our previous model. But absolutely dig the air fry option and the rapid boil.

I find this new range useful. I cleaned the top with Cerama Brite as recommended. I have had no scratching issues. The oven doesn’t appear as hot as my old one. It didn’t sit flush with the wall so I bought a matching shelf for the top. That clears the stovetop of all the clutter. It has a drawer but it’s half the depth. I baked cookies on convection and it took longer. They came out soft and firm. I like the look of the range.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased this LG range and received the item. Package was undamaged, but there were two very apparent dents on each left and right sides of the front stainless steel rip that surrounds the cooktop. We visited Best Buy customer service and showed the pictures of the defect. They agreed that this was not normal and set the exchange delivery schedule. We received the second range after a week, and this too had exactly the same defect. So, we went to Best Buy costumer service AGAIN and they told us that they had never seen this happen twice. They told us that the product was in fact a defect and that they would send a THIRD one the next week. We received the third one today and this one again showed the SAME defects and dent marks as the first two…. I got a phone call from Best Buy after the delivery and they asked us if the item was okay. I reported the same issue. However, this time they told me that the defect was in fact part of the design of the range. I strongly appealed that this was not acceptable and they told me that they would call me back. We’ve purchased many LG appliances recent years and this is not the same quality and service we’ve experienced and are very disappointed. Also, this was far from the customer service we expected from Best Buy. Please see below the three pictures we’ve taken from the three different items we’ve had delivered from the past three weeks.

Love the simplicity and beauty .. many features I’m looking forward to using - slow cooking, air frying etc

So far we’re really liking our upgraded range ok. I don’t think we’ve even tried all the features. My complaints are the very odd gap under the controls along the back. I have no idea why that would be open. The burner knobs don’t label if you’re using the small, medium, or large burner where it has multiple options. So it’s really just a guessing game each time. The air fryer rack does NOT come with this purchase. Which is kind of ridiculous considering it’s advertised as such. That’s an additional $60. We went from a 1970’s range so anything was an upgrade. It works as it should. We chose this because it matched our black stainless steal refrigerator. Would I purchase again? Eh.

It's awesome! I use it a lot, for cooking, baking bread and cakes. It's really good. I am so happy we got this one. Moreover it's in my LG app with all our other LG appliances, which is very convenient!

There is white stain in the glass and not coming out. It looks old and not presentable. The white stain looks like from inside of the glass top.

Love our products we received from Best Buy!! Sales associates explained our products and made sure we had everything we wanted. Delivery guys were quick and professional. Can’t wait to go back and get matching microwave and dishwasher.
