I just purchased three large appliances and a 50" tv. When the tech's came to deliver the stove they said i did not purchase a power cord or the installation so they left. I called and they came back again and they said the same thing. I checked my receipt and i did, in fact, pay for a cord and installation/delivery. The delivery person called best buy to verify this and they gave me the phone to talk with the best buy support person. The best buy support person was so rude and condescending and she still said i did not purchase a power cord even though i did. Similar thing happened with the refrigerator. I wouldnever purchase from best buy again. Horrible support.
