    The installer no-showed me, and they never called or texted. I had to set up another appointment, but it was 4 weeks from the time I purchased the unit. I just went online and found the exact same appliance at Home Depot, and it was installed within 3 days. This was the second appliance install where I was not treated properly. I have purchased over $30,000 worth of items from Best Buy in the last 6 years, furnishing a total of 4 homes. It's sad how poorly the Geek Squad service is operated. No return calls, no return correspondence, just lame excuses and no compensation for my tiime missed from from or from charges I incurred to get a 3rd party to install my other appliance. Your new business model NEEDS work. Sad, since the folks in the stores are great.

    My new stove came complete with 5 live mice in it. I have never had mice before and so far I have caught 5 in a trap set by the stove drawer
