Took a month to get lg and then best to replace . Lg sent two repairman and each one made their repairs oven still leaked gas. Had the fire dept come inspect and they stated gas leak was dangerous and disconnected our gas. After much discussion with lg then Best Buy, Best Buy came through and replaced with an oven of our choice. Go Best Buy.

My range had been damaged by them but because i picked it up myself it was not their problem! I've contacted them and LG to no avail. I've even had a LG tech out here and they won't do anything since it was a store problem! If i had had them deliver it and take it out of the box it would have been obvious that it was already a damaged product. No more shopping at Best Buy!

Oven Door Glass Exploded

We had a pizza baking in the oven when we heard a loud boom. When we opened the oven door we observed shattered glass throughout the interior of the oven. LG sent a technician to our house who determined it was a manufacturer defect in the inner pane of glass. The glass was replaced so hopefully this pane of glass will hold up to the stress of baking a pizza.

No guarantee if the line was damaged so did not accept. When I called back to reorder, it was not available for another 6 weeks.

Not so satisfied
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this gas range but the new fan and flame in the back doesn’t bake pizza or large pies from the bottom properly, usually they come out soggy and white from the bottom .also my oven glass door broke after I did self cleaning it’s only 2 years old and warranty doesn’t cover it saying it’s it doesn’t cover cosmetic issues , yet I can’t bake with the glass broken so it’s not A cosmetic issue
