We love this -- there are so many options on the oven. Be warned that if you are new to induction or convection, your food will cook or bake faster than you are used to! I've burned a few things, but I'm learning!

the induction stove is great, easy to use, heats up quickly! The oven component is not ideal, as it is technically 2 ovens, but really just one space with a divider.

It's Cooktop is definable fatter with a little slower oven compared to our old GE gas range.

Worst appliance I’ve ever used and the biggest waste of money I’ve spent. Do not buy this. Of the 5 burners only 4 function to cook on. The 5th is a warmer, useless in day to day use. In a year of owning this piece of junk I have never used it. The biggest issue, and one that is NOT noted in any descriptions on Best But, is that there is NOT a baking element. NONE. Only a broiling element. You’re meant to bake with a broiler. Guess what? You can’t. It burns everything no matter what I try. Move the racks, use foil on top. No help. I haven’t been able to bake or roast successfully in a YEAR. And no, I can’t afford to replace it. Be warned.

I was really excited about finally getting an induction range. Gas isn’t an option for our current home so we decided to go with induction. As a baker I was also looking to upgrade to a convection oven. This range had everything we were looking for. The large oven size is a big upgrade and with an additional rack, a person could bake 3 full sheet pans. However, one thing I haven’t been impressed by is the convection fan that turns on even when convection is turned off. LG states that this is done on purpose “to optimize oven performance” but why? Now for the cooktop. The first couple of weeks of cooking with it I was impressed. The extremely fast heating is unmatched when compared to a conventional electric oven. However, 2 weeks after we got it the cooling fan for the range has started to fail. It’s evident that the bearings are going out and I had used the range maybe 10 times. My biggest complaint is with both Best Buy and LG when trying to get this fan replaced while it’s under warranty. I contacted LG, which then told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy twice, and both times was told that I would be contacted for a service appointment and was never contacted. I contacted LG again who then sent a repair man. The repair man looked at it for all of 10 minutes, said it was too new and probably couldn’t find a part and told us if we could find the part, he’d replace it. I’ve never heard of a repair person telling the customer to find their own parts. I contacted LG yet again and ask for them to send me the replacement part and I’d replace it myself. They asked me to take the range apart to send them the part number. I asked them to send me an exploded diagram and I’d find the part myself so I didn’t have to rip my range apart twice. No one has contacted me. This entire experience between LG and Best Buy has shown me how much value there is customer service after the sale. I won’t be purchasing another LG applicance or a major appliance from Best Buy in the future.

I can't review something i don't have. The manufacturer keeps pushing back delivery. I will post again or update if I can when it arrives in January(I hope)

We have only had this for a month or so, but so far, so good. The cooktop heats up extremely quickly. You can adjust the temperature far faster than gas. Also, it doesn’t heat up the kitchen nearly as much as traditional gas or electric cooktops. The induction coils do make a slight humming noise which doesn’t bother us. The controls are well laid out and solid. It’s nice to have actual knobs and these feel substantial. Some reviewers complain about the control panel not being backlit. That had my wife very concerned and me confused. The display is bright, but the buttons are not backlit. None of our previous ranges had backlit buttons and my wife couldn’t recall ever wanting to bake in the dark, she was upset that these buttons are not backlit. It’s a flaw shared by almost all ranges and one that will actually inconvenience almost no one. The oven on this is fine. It’s loaded with features, some of which will be nice. The oven takes longer to pre-heat than it says, but that is true of most ovens. The smart features work well, but are of minimal value to us. I do like that it can update itself through the app. We are satisfied with our purchase. This feels like a worthwhile upgrade over entry level priced, though still not cheap, induction ranges.

We have had the stove for a month and have tried all functions. After 20 years with a gas stove, I was happy to go back to electric for more precise temperature settings, especially for baking. I'm very happy so far!
