So far so good. One weird thing with it is it has something like a sleep mode where you turn the knobs, and it seems to wake up and then you need to turn the knobs again to actually do anything.

So glad we got the induction range. Its night and day better than our old one. Cooking is even and fast. There is a learning curve since the stove top is induction and much faster.

The range itself wasn’t the issue — the cooktop worked great and the oven was fantastic. The problem started about 4.5 months after I bought it. We had a small accident where the lid of a pot slipped and cracked the glass top. I called Best Buy, and they told me to reach out to LG since it was still under the manufacturer warranty. LG quickly let me know that the damage wasn’t covered because it wasn’t a defect. So I called a local appliance repair shop. They came out, looked at it, and told me the part isn’t available from the factory — and there’s no ETA on when it will be. To make matters worse, I found out the range I bought isn’t even available anymore. At this point, I’m basically stuck with an expensive paperweight. Thankfully, the oven still works, and it really is excellent. At this point, I decided to just buy a new range. After doing some research and confirming that replacement parts are available for the new one, I called Best Buy to make the purchase. I asked if they could waive the $140–$150 delivery, installation, and haul-away fees given the situation. I was surprised when they said no. I waited on hold for a supervisor, only to be told they were in a meeting and I could either wait or go to a store. That was pretty frustrating. Luckily, I found a new range at another retailer who was willing to work with me and waive the fees because of everything I’ve been dealing with. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll ever buy from Best Buy again — and I’d recommend others think twice, especially if customer service continues to be this unhelpful.

We have always wanted an induction range and with the discount Best Buy offered, we are so glad we purchased it.

Used it several times. Easy to slide in place. Had to buy all new pans as it only works with induction(magnetic) pans, but that was a bonus for me!

Although it takes a little to learn, once you do it’s awesome!

Have not used it a ton yet but so far has been working great! First induction range so the only minor issue is making sure its kept clean. I also will putting a cutting board on top of the range to extend counter space.

The induction cooktop performs far better than the gas range that it replaced. Beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Amazing range, boils water for pasta in less than 2 minutes. Swapped out my gas range for the induction, since I have solar panels on my house. Love the range and love LG products.

We like the stove. Recommended by Consumer Report. The back filler wasn’t in the box so I am ordering it separately.
