Within a few months of purchase the oven feature didn’t heat up. I called LG to try a resolution. Service tech came out and couldn’t fix said they needed a new part. That was over 2 months ago. I am still without a working oven for a range I just purchased. Neither the service tech company or LG is taking ownership. I’m ready to just get rid of this as the entire process has been time consuming and frustrating. It seems all parties are passing the buck to the other party with me being stuck in the middle. I wish I had purchased a different appliance set. If there are other options available to you look for alternatives.

Scratches so easy, hard to clean also if you try to clean the top burners the paint changes color. Not sure whoo was the genius that designed such a terrible product with very poor finish. I wish I could return this product but it’s to late now.

It was delivered just before Christmas. I bake a lot so I couldn’t wait to catch up on my Christmas cookies. I turned the oven on and pretty soon it started singing a high-pitched “woo-woo-woo”. The dog freaked out and ran upstairs. The singing continued while the cookies baked and until the stove cooled down. After some discussions with Best Buy the stove was replaced with the same model a month later. Immediately after it was installed we tested it and guess what?! It sang “woo-woo-woo.” The installers heard it too. To their credit, Best Buy agreed to replace the LG with any comparable stove in their inventory. We chose a Samsung. The same guys who installed our second singing LG installed the Samsung. They told us they had another customer complain of the “singing” oven, thinking maybe the installers made a mistake. The LG is a gorgeous stove, but I don’t recommend it.

Nice Stove
