    This is a very nice addition to our kitchen - works great! I only wish that BEST BUY's customer service worked as well - Seems that there is no live answering of phones at stores...Pretty bad that I can't get in touch with anyone except people at some call center - somewhere that can't help/ I guess Best Buy isn't the place to buy

    Very satisfied How do I find out about my reward points Not very happy with microwave We bought it because it has a rack and then after installing it they tell us we have to be very careful with it because it can blow up if it’s disturbed or off the holders, I feel like we should have been told that from the beginning and we would not have purchased thet particular model I love it but that’s the only problem I have with it. Thanks!!!
