    This product is crap I’ve been trying for almost a year as in the warranty is about to expire to try to get it fixed The door of the upper oven leaks heat the back of the oven burns the front of the oven does not cook the top panel where the knobs are get hot to the point that I got a second-degree burn they’ve sent three different companies out here trying to fix it all three companies tell me it’s a common problem with this model it’s not repairable nothing can be done

    Literally a gas leak

    This range leaks gas from the burners when turned off. I have had three of these ranges in my home. The first range was damaged during shipping, the second one leaked gas out of the burners while turned off and the third one (you guessed it) leaked gas out of the burners while turned off. Owning this range has actually cost me over $250 in emergency repair and re-installation charges from my utility company when I came home (twice) to the smell of natural gas. (I had the ranges professionally installed by my utility company) The technicians from my utility company, with whom I am now quite friendly, directed me to not re-purchase this model under any circumstances, adding that they had never seen anything like this after installing thousands of gas ranges over a 20 year period. My attempt to get the range repaired through LG was problematic as well. Best Buy, however, has been absolutely fantastic and replaced the stove each time upon my request, and even processed the refund tonight with great empathy and understanding.

    I think the product is probably fine - but it has been sitting outside the house for weeks now because Best Buy has been unable to send the right team to install the stove. We have had four appointments, and every time the team arrives and says "Oh NO you need the special team for this!". I call and set up the appointment, making sure to ask for the special team - and every time they don't come. My mother is 90 years old and has no stove. why can't best buy get it together?

    Its ok. The oven does not cook consistently. The top oven takes longer to cook and the bottom oven burns everything.

    THE RACKS HANG UP, DON'T SLIDE IN EASILY. UPPER OVEN LOWER RACK RIDES ON OVEN DOOR! CALLED LG, THEY SAID MANY COMPLAINTS ON THIS PRODUCT AND I WAS INFORMED OF LAWSUITS BY THE OPERATOR. GOT A CASE NUMBER AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM LG'S ESCALATION TEAM. DANGEROUS SITUATION AND I AM ON THE THIRD OVEN DELIVERY. BE SURE TO RETURN WITHIN THE 15 DAY BEST BUY WINDOW OR YOU WILL BE STUCK!!

    Not a fan this range.

    The oven signal indicates that the oven has reached it’s preheat temperature. But it is 50 to 65 cooler than the setting. I have tried to recalibrate. It eventually reaches the set temperature. The broiler unit is on the top oven only and is just a heating element front to back—very small. Cooktop is okay.

    I purchased this stove in July. Not necessarily an oven person but when I finally did decide to bake with my grandchildren noticed that the cookies were burnt in the back and raw in the front. We have contacted Best Buy, lg you name it and still no one after months of waiting has come to fix this piece of crap. No I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and especially don’t buy the geek squad because no geek has showed up here.

    Do not buy this oven

    This LG oven does not heat evenly. You have to rotate the pan 180 degrees half way through the cooking cycle in order for one side does not burn and the other side is not under cooked. This is an expensive oven not to cook evenly. It has a lot of fancy options, but cannot bake food evenly. I am not happy with this oven and would never recommend this oven to anyone. My last oven was the least expensive oven with no fancy options, but at least it baked things evenly and lasted twenty plus years. I am sure that this will never last even ten years.
