    No Safety lock Oven Dials

    We were told that the front burner dials could lock so our Grand kids couldn't turn the burners on. That is not the case.

    Ovens do not cook evenly

    Purchased the gas version and have tried convect bake, regular bake. The top oven: A pan of rolls will cook all around the outside of the pan and the middle section is doughy. The bottom oven; it cooks the bottom side of the pan about 1/2 as much as the top so bottom of rolls or bread is doughy and top is burnt. the back 1/2 of the oven cooks way faster than the front. So Oven 1 star and stove top 5 stars. The front 2 top burners put at high heat and love it. Don’t really use the middle burner but we will see eventually.

    Horrible Service from BEST BUY

    I received the appliance 8/15. I used the stove and top oven making pizza since it’s been summer and we have been grilling outside mostly. I just tried to use the air fryer and oven in the lower part and it doesn’t work. I tried to call Best Buy to exchange and they said sorry it’s beyond the window to do so!?!? Now trying to get LG to REPLACE not fix my brand new oven that I paid $$$$ for.

    It has NOT BEEN delivered yet. It was for today between 7-9 am.It is now 9:34 and I have heard nothing. I am giving it 1 star because I don't know yer.

    wife really likes this stove. preheats fast and nice you can control the oven from the app. only thing we dislike about the product is the fact the remote function has to be enabled everytime you want it to function. should be able to enable it and it stays enabled. we would definitely recommend this unit for sure though. second issue isn’t with the product but delivery. we received it with a big dent in the bottom door so now we’re gonna have to return it. it don’t interfere with the heating or anything but you pay alot of money gor something and you expect it to be in new condition. delivery definitely needs looking at imo. thats why 4star rating

    Look elsewhere for functionality and looks

    I bought this double oven about a year ago after reading all the rave reviews. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience as others. The double ovens do not heat consistently. Whatever is facing towards the back of the oven cooks so much faster than what is sitting towards the front. The gas stove top works great. However, there are these little nuances that for the price, are not worth it. For instance, the indentation between the stove top and the dials drives me absolutely crazy. I do not understand why they designed it as such because every little crumb gets stuck. Furthermore, I am a clean freak and all of the dials numbers and indicators are wearing off completely. Additionally, the stainless steel shows everything. Interestingly enough I have the LG microwave and dishwasher which I love that are both stainless steel and do not have these issues. For both functionality and looks, I would definitely look elsewhere as my frustration grows and I don’t even have this oven paid off. Pretty big disappointment.
