Had range installed and installation team did an excellent job. The switch back to a gas range was a great decision, especially with this range.

The stove itself works fine now, but I had to replace the motherboard at my expense within the warranty period. Why? Because there is removable tag with the stove info on the back that must be removed to install the back of the stove. I saw no use for this and tossed it. When my stove died 3 months after purchase repair person said without that tag the warranty was void, despite showing my bestbuy receipt and my online registration. LG customer service was no help at all. Repairman did say I needed a new motherboard so I purchased one for $110 and repaired my new under warranty stove myself.

We purchased this and so far we are in love with it! Cant wait to buy the matching fridge and dishwasher! Next is washer and dryers!

Oven is beautiful and cooks very well. You can boil water in 5 minutes using the high output burner. The ovens preheat quickly and cook evenly. The racks do not slide easily, and that's a big issue when using the lower oven. The letters on the knobs are difficult to read. The alarm noises that it makes reminds me of a 1970's carnival ride.

The oven controls are really complicated. There's one knob you turn to select the mode. Then you use the buttons to adjust the temperature and start the oven. The markings on the knob aren't very clear so I accidently select the wrong oven after I enter my temperature and try to start. Our old Whirlpool double oven was a lot easier to control with a simpler button layout. Also, the oven rack in the top oven doesn't slide smoothly so there are now scratches and gouges in the finish inside. Plus I've burned myself trying to get the rack moved in. Once you get the oven settings right and avoid sliding the upper rack, it works fine. But these things are enough where I regret the purchase and wish I would have chosen a different oven.

I love the look of this range, but I can't comment on the functionality yet as we haven't installed it. We had to get a gas line run. I will update once we start using it.

Looks fantastic…only installed a couple of weeks ago and have used a few times. Works lik it supposed to.

Overall great product. Having minor issues with one burner, but should be an easy fix. Install crew was great!

I spent a lot of time researching ovens and ended up buying this one. I am definitely not disappointed. It is easy to use and works great!

It is nice to have two ovens in one bit neither is big enough to cook something like a turkey. Its a trade off
