Delivery and care of appliances horrible! Things were omitted when I ordered also. Dealing with menus constantly when trying to communicate was miserable. Have to go to the store again to take care of crap that you people put me in. Zach however, and whoever was with him, we’re excellent and above reproach.

Perfect choice for our kitchen remodel. The Mrs. loves the double oven and the griddle!

Had to make adjustments to gas line location as they don't allow very much room for it on this range. If I didn't make the gas line adjustment the range would not fit flush against the back wall, leaving about a 6-8" gap. Overall, this has been a very nice addition to our Kitchen.

I love the large cooktop area & 2 ovens. It is very efficient in space.

The dual ovens give us an ability to bake and broil at the same time.

This gas range is excellent, and easy cleaning. The black stainless steel looks so cool.

So far I am very pleased with my product. Easy to program and use.

I bought the LG range because my GE range gave out and was instead emitting CO. This LG is fantastic. I like the look and function of the controls, as well as how quickly it preheats. The black stainless is relatively fingerprint proof and the top is much easier to clean then my old GE.

I am very happy with the functionality of the oven, but last night after about a year, one of the knobs came off via normal use (nothing other than simply turning it). The knob was just held on by some weak plastic which somehow broken into several pieces, so I cannot re-attach the knob. Depending upon support handles this I can will re-adjust the rating, but right now we are not thrilled with the knob's build quality. Again everything else is excellent. It cooks (top and bottom) perfectly and is easy to use. Yes the knobs can be harder to read than a traditional stove, but that is to be expected when getting a stove with a pure/clean look to it.

Love the double oven and a lot of cooking space the griddle is a plus!

range delivered and looks amazing. still haven't been able to use as our house is not quite finished but looking forward to it, especially the double ovens which will eliminate having an old toaster oven on my countertop.

Replaced an all electric version left by previous owners with this gas model. So far, so good. Have not tried any of the ThinQ options, though. Marked quality as 4 of 5 since the control knobs don't look too rugged.

Always wanted a double oven, now I have one. I wish it was a wall mount though. That bottom oven is really low. Guess I should have realized that I would be getting down on my knees to look into the oven. Don't get me wrong, this is a high quality appliance. I love it. Used built in meat thermometer yesterday and it worked great.
