It wouldn’t start, so we had to call customer service for assistance. We were asked to shut our breaker off for 3 minutes.

The top burners after being converted to propane and adjusted to the bare minimum setting with the adjustment screws is still WAY WAY TOO HOT at low mode. The front two burners cant be used to simmer with cast iron at all, even at the lowest setting, the flame is way too large. Also, the ovens take forever to pre-heat. The only positive is this thing boils water FAST, insanely fast.

Called for warranty service and they show up without the part needed to fix and now find out part is on back order - oven has not been usable for over a month.
