Oven works great. The top part is finicky u have to manual adjust flame which isn't suggested

Problems from the start:stove whistles loudly and largest burner randomly goes out. No serial number on unit! Hours on phone with LG and Best Buy with no resolution.

Liked double oven but top oven heat could not be regulated. Very disappointing. Racks in oven were very tight. Oven finish chipped/deeply scratched when adjusting racks. Returned for different model.

Horrible Oven. After 1 year it has been serviced twice. last week my oven exploded in the inside with a loud boom. fire broke out. Do not buy this product. No response from geek squad. Called phone disconnected once she put me on hold. I can't use my stove at all and need to cook everyday for my business and son. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I loved this oven in the beginning. Problem is, it broke on me 1 year later. Called a repairman out to no avail. There's an obvious glitch on this oven and we have put hundreds of dollars into fixing it. We have replaced all three circuit boards and still nothing, HUGE waste of over 3 thousand dollars. Never. Ever. Again. Will I buy an LG.

My appliance package was delivered to my house. I was home and the garage door was open. They dropped off what I hope is everything. Two of the boxes are damaged pretty good. No one talked to me, no one asked for a signature. They just dropped them off and left. I went out to the garage to throw some trash away and there boxes in my garage and no one from Best Buy ever talked to me at all.

The key pad for the oven settings stopped working about 2 months in. It started working again, but has stopped on and off, and less than a year later, I can't get it to work. Warranty has been difficult to work with.

Stove is great, I recommend finding somewhere else to buy it from however. I purchased this during “Black Friday Prices Guaranteed” leading up to Black Friday. When the prices dropped, they wouldn’t honor the price difference. Overall a terrible experience with about 3 hours with customer service.

We purchased the range during the July appliance sale. So the price was good for slide in gas range. Unfortunately after only having the gas range for 5 days; using it less than 8 times; there was an internal gas leak. We smelt gas and then contacted the gas company and my gas had to be shut off.

Do not buy!!! It cooks incredibly uneven and LG said that is normal for this oven. Expect uneven cooking and that you will need to rotate food multiple times

Has 2 ovens but both are too small to even fit a roaster in. Only good for baking cookies, etc

Very disappointing I did not like the bottom oven very hard to reach

Having lived through hurricane power outages and winter storm outages a gas stove is worth its weight in gold bars ! They are fabulous. Buy a gas range and a gas/ Hybrid car . No electricity no electric cars ! Its a nice range !

We upgraded from traditional stainless to the black stainless its so much easier to clean and keep up with the finger prints love the way it looks makes my kitchen looks like a chefs kitchen ok here is my why not 5 star.....the top of the stove is almost like a very thin sheet metal and feels a little on cheap side, I wish they would have made the whole top match the black stainless. Be very careful with what kind of sponge or towels you use to clean it, scratches super easy. And FYI make sure to pick up the burners, they are on the heavier side and will scratch up the cracks where they go if you dont place them back on super careful. Other than those issues we love our upgrade!

I got my new LG double oven range two days ago. I have already baked in both ovens and used the stove top. So far so good everything seems to be working great but I did notice that top oven does burn a little on the hot side. In fact, it seems like it’s going to leave burn stain already. I will probably have to call an LG technician to come out and see if that is something that can be fixed. I have read other reviews that claim the top one burns very high. Turning it on and off and getting to know the buttons is a tiny bit tricky but nothing that a few tries will not fix plus looking at the manual. Otherwise it’s beautiful and it’s really a very sexy oven. My next use of it will be using both ovens at the same time which I have not done as of yet. One of the pictures I have attached is from the top oven and how it has black and already at the bottom towards the very back

The ovens work well. They don't cook as evenly as i would hope, but turning the pan while cooking helps a lot. The stovetop is where I have my main issue. it is so small. the burners are too close together and you cant fit another pan to make anything else, unless it is a very small sauce pan, while using the center griddle. this makes the griddle useless. I have always had a 30" stovetop and never had this issue with pans not fitting. the griddle is also super cheap and scratched easily. the stovetop is also easily scratched. The front dials get grease all over the and are difficult to clean. this product just seems to be cheap.

The control panel is tilted slightly upward and reflects other kitchen lights making the control light difficult to see. The manufacturer should provide an led to light the entire panel for easier access to controls

I purchased this stove two weeks ago. So far everything has worked well, and to my expectations. My initial experience with this stove is good. Five stars will come if it remains trouble free and reliable.

My wife picked out this oven and we purchased from Best Buy. After approx 2 weeks we started having problems with the right front burner. I contacted the Geek Squad phone number and was transferred to LG directly. I was informed that there were no local authorized repair companies. I was then transferred to a department LG calls tier 2. This call lasted over an hour. The rep at Tier 2 was pleasant informed me that we would have to find a local repair shop and get authorization from LG for them to perform the repair. I was given an estimate of 1-2 hours and I would hear from LG. I heard nothing, after the 1 1/2 hr first phone call I could not call back until my next day off, 1 week later. Another 1 1/2 hour phone call and the same Tier 2 rep promised me he would take charge of this personally. He gave me his email and promised to follow up. Another week passed and after several emails to the tier 2 rep went with no reply. I called a 3rd time, again directed to the same tier 2 rep I am now informed their is a local repair facility and they would be happy to set up a service call. Unfortunately for me another week will pass until this facility can look at my oven. Hopefully they will come prepared to fix the oven I’ve been without a front burner for almost a month and spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with LG. I’ve been a pretty loyal LG customer washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and TV. That loyalty has been severely tested and my next purchase may be another manufacturer.

This is a great stove, highly recommend LG products!
