Outstanding picture brightness and quality. Looked at many other sets in store but at this price and size point this was superior.

My expectations coming from a standard HDTV from LG were less than superlative, but I shopped for features - 4K, UHD, HDR, and passive 3D. This trimmed the in-store choices to just 2 sets, one too big for the space I had reserved for it. I ended up with this model and am delighted with how much better its remote works, how much smarter it is with connected peripherals (like my 4K/3D blu-ray player), and how quickly it's up and running (boot time) compared to previous LG smart TVs. It's hard to believe so much has improved since I last bought one, but this one is about perfection itself. Picture quality in UHD, 4K, HD, 3D and even SD playback is as good as it gets, I've never seen better handling of upscaling and color/contrast than what this set can do. I'd recommend it even over a Sony costing $1000 more - would even have bought this model had IT been the more expensive option!

This TV is much more complicated to set-up and use than the comparable Samsung. It does have some nice features and a good picture.

Had the tv a little over a month now and I love it so far. Great picture and the tv itself is very pleasing aesthetically. The smart features and remote are very good features and easy to use. Highly recommend this tv especially for gamers.

Always a fan of LG products I new that when our office needed a reliable tv with a great picture and at a reasonable price I would find it in an LG. This one is a real winner!

No complaints at all. Very nice picture. I guess I wish I had bought a 65" instead of a 60". I read the reviews on amazon and on Best Buy and on the LG website. Went with Best Buy for the purchase because they deliver, install, AND haul away the old TV.

This TV looks good, little bit of bleed on all black display when a little white gets on the screen half brightens up! 3ds awesome hdr and 4k looks good, little glare from my windows, took back the Sam 7500 for this and do not regret

had an early mitsubishi 50" hd set which finally died after 14 yrs and wanted to replace with a completely up to date TV for hopefully the next decade. took my time and for the functions and price decided the 60"4k LG8500 series was what i needed.
