Purchased this Television and have no regrets. Perfect color, clear picture, my 2nd LG television... Love it

For context: I tried out 3 different 4k TV’s before I settled on this one, and it was WORTH it! Image Quality: Simply put, this TV has some of the best possible image quality I’ve seen! To start with, this TV is 4k, so obviously the image is going to be incredibly sharp and detailed. Having only recently switched to 4k, this was a major improvement! Beyond that, this TV is also HDR-compatible, so you know that you’re getting the best brightness/contrast/detail possible out of it. I’ve even compared it to other HDR TV’s, and the image quality was much better! Even better, it’s Dolby Vision-compatible, which is expected to receive more device support this year! The only downside was that most of the best image features (HDR, etc) are turned off by default, so you’ll need to go in and adjust all the settings and calibrate (a good idea, anyway) in order to get the best from this amazing TV! All that, and 240hz smooth motion and 3D compatibility; I could not ask for more! Physical Design: Designwise, the TV looks great. The thinnest TV I’ve owned or tried out. Smart Features: The smart apps are all great, and I’m always happy when the Amazon app is included. Remote: The remote is worth mentioning. The “magic wand” style of control makes it super easy to navigate, particularly when entering account/password information. Audio: I didn’t bother testing the speakers very much. I knew the audio quality for an affordable TV was not going to be amazing. My belief is that if you’re purchasing a large TV, you should have a decent sound system (I recommend a VIZIO sound bar), and not expect the TV to give you an amazing audio experience. PROs: - The best image quality I’ve tested! - HDR and Dolby Vision compatibility, meaning it’ll bring out the best brightness and contrast possible! - Decent SmartHub with Amazon, etc. - VERY thin design. - 240hz smooth motion - 3D compatibility - Remote makes navigating the settings and entering passwords very easy! CONS: - The best picture quality features are turned off by default. Bottom line: Absolutely best image quality and features, particularly for this price range!

I am enjoying my 3D movies on this unit. Did buy an LG sound bar for a little over $100. Great sound. This gives fantastic picture quality, especially for the price. If needed, I would buy the same model again.

I needed a new tv. Was shopping on line when notice the LG 4K tv . . Did some homework, and stop with this one. And I am glad I did order TV got it home you set it up. I was blown away with the picture. remote works fine with TV pointer is a little hard to work , but you get use to that. I would buy again or tell a friend to get this one!!!!!

This is an amazing TV that has HDR10, 4k and 3-D. What more could you ask for in a TV. It is the last 3d tv on the market and it has the future stuff built in also.

Our 50" Sony Wega died and we needed a replacement. We were guided to this model by our salesman. He was just the right blend of informative encouraging. There are many functions we have not yet used but we are thrilled with the picture. Baseball never looked so good, we can't wait for football season!

Tv was delivered on time by Best Buy. Since we were not wall mounting it, set up was simple as instructions were good and the supplied stand works very well. 1080p picture is very good, with blacks as deep as you can get short of OLED, really good contrast, and no detectable motion artifacts. We were concerned about only three HDMI inputs, but the smart TV apps covered everything we currently use with one exception: Fandango. Plex and Netflix took some time to set up because an account with LG's Content Store was required and did take some time and effort to establish. Once the account came up, the TV updated its firmware and we downloaded the two needed apps. Plex app sees our media server and Netflix just needed account info to work. For Fandango, we will need a Roku or similar. That still leaves one HDMI free. The magic remote was better than expected. It provides all the set top box controls except fast forward and rewind of recorded materiel. Last item is sound. For a TV, its excellent, but it will not replace an HTS or good sound bar/subwoofer for music, or in my opinion, movies either. Neither enough bass nor separation, although the mids & highs are good. The lack of bass is not surprising, given the speaker sizes, and we knew that before purchase. Would recommend LG provide a sub pre out for a fix on later models. All in all, still happy with the purchase. Note it is great for sports viewing. Would give five stars if the sound had at least better bass and the Content Store account had been easier.

This TV takes movies and sports to a new height. Last night I watched the NASCAR race from Datona on it and it was incredible. During the big wreck the sparks and smoke were unbelievable

I am really enjoying the TV that I bought. I did some research on line and compared the different brands. This one has great graphics, the remote is easy to use and the set up was not bad at all. I am very happy with my purchase.

Read all the reviews i could find prior to buying this TV. I already owned a Sony 4k 55" and was happy with it but...no HDR. This one not only has HDR but is compatible with both formats (HDR10 & Dolby Vision). Got the 60" version and I am happy with it. Lots of options for customizing the picture. ONLY bad thing for ME is not enough HDMI ports(only has 3...really?) Still bought knowing this and glad i did. Looks really nice also...pretty thin...thinner than my Sony 4k 55".

Beautiful TV, beautiful picture and colors! I was afraid 65" inch was too big for the spot but it wasn't. Wish now I would've gotten it but all in all... I love my new tv!

This TV has a great picture. It's as good or better than the Samsung it replaced. The only negative comment I have is that the instructions from LG are minimal.
