The Tv has a great picture.The Web OS is very user friendly. The magic remote is great and was very easy to set up.

I have waited for several years to buy my first 4k TV. It was worth waiting. I did not want those with 60Hz refresh rate (or what says in the specs true motion 120, which is the same). This one is true motion 240 (120Hz). The other great thing is the magic remote, it's so nice and makes life easier. And finally browser, although limited, but wait, this is TV, not a computer. So happy with it too for YouTube or other video streaming sites.

the tv is great, it was at a super good price here in best buy, price is good vs the competitions. The software is good, the remote control for me is the best, but guys the tv has 2 weird corner lights when you see that in the darkness i can't with that, i don't know if return it becouse the price of the samsung UN60KS8000FXZA is to much, and now it cost more.

This TV has been fantastic! The picture is beautiful and the remote makes it so easy to use all of the features it offers. I love this remote. It took about 15 minutes to set up and it has been great. We have had this TV for about six weeks and are very happy with our purchase and the people at Best Buy are top notch. Very happy with their service and pricing.

I did a lot of homework before I chose this TV. First I own two other LG HD LED TVs so I know that they are reliable. I needed/wanted to get a larger screen and 4K capability. I studied HDR features and also Dolby 4k features and decided I wanted those features. This TV had every feature I desired. BestBuy had it in stock at a good price and so I bought it.

Very satisfied with the excellent picture quality and ease of operation. This is now our primary viewing TV. The older 47" LG is now relegated to the bedroom and still works perfectly. I chose the new LG based on my satisfaction with the longevity and lack of trouble. I researched all the available brands and I am completely satisfied with my choice.

I had initially planned to purchase a more-expensive (and better) Sony TV, for around $2K, but when this went on sale for just over $800 it was too good an offer to pass up. Also, if you can't quite fit a 65" TV but want something bigger than 55, LG is one of the few major players still making a 60". The 4K picture is excellent, and the upscaling from regular HD broadcast (720p) content is quite good; 1080p content, such as most content on Netflix, Amazon and other streaming services, is even better. Among my main complaints about this TV: the uneven local dimming, which sometimes results in large vertical bands of dark colors being washed out a bit if there are any light images in the same vertical area; somewhat confusing audio controls (although this could be due more to my A/V receiver and the constant switching of signals between A/V sources, such as set-top box, TV tuner and blu-ray player); and the apparent re-setting of changes I make to the different video viewing options (i.e., bright cinema, dark cinema, sports, etc.) back to their default positions each time, rather than saving my changes. Again, it might not be a fault of the TV but of my limited knowledge of navigating the menus and making (and saving) the right selections. All that said, this is a very good TV for about $840, which is what I paid for it on sale (a few weeks later I noticed that it was back up to $1,200).

I purchased this TV after the one I had went bad after 9 years of having it. I was concerned about buying a new TV as it had been a while and there was a lot of new choices to pick. I recommend this TV, it's been great and the color is amazing. My cat who didn't bother my last TV is obsessed with the new one and all the colors. it's a great choice

We chose this TV because of the price for 4K. Once we brought it home and mounted it on the wall, it is more amazing than we thought. The Smart TV functions are very easy to set-up and use. Did it on our own, without using outside help. I also like the appearance as it has a silver frame around the TV, making the TV look like a framed picture.

My boyfriend and I spent weeks researching and trying to find the best tv. We watch a lot of tv shows and though this tv would be perfect! There are so many different settings to choose from to adapt it to your personal needs. It's easy to use. Picture is awesome quality as well. We're not the biggest fan of the pointer option for the remote but we hardly use that and we've adjusted.

The 4k image quality from this unit is awesome. The sound quality is also very good. Setup was very easy and straight forward. Connection to my home wireless system was simple. Although I don' t regularly use the option, when tested, voice commands worked well.

This is a really nice tv. Took a day or two to get used to the image (not 3d but not classically flat). Picture is very clear and sharp. Have not yet messed with different settings. The magic remote takes some getting used to, but works well. At the price I got this, it was a great deal.

The picture on this TV looks great, and the High Dynamic Range feature makes many videos that are lower than 4k resolution look much better than they usually would. The only improvement I would recommend is that the built in internet browser be upgraded to play flash videos (if it did, I would have easily rated this TV at 5 stars).

Great picture. Watched a number of 4K pictures on Amazon and Netflix and the picture was great. Set it up using Spears and Munsil video disk. Some people complain about getting bad screens but the uniformity on mine was pretty good. The remote is also great for making changes to your setup.

Got this tv at a great deal since it was an open item. I don't know why the person before me returned it, but I love it. The picture is clear. It's very easy to set up, and the home button with all the apps is abbot plus. Even though my tv is set to Disney or Nick jr 90% of the time.

Very happy with this purchase. Having both standards of HDR means my tv is gong to last. The brightness is good even though some reviews say it's lacking. The picture is crisp and the quantum dot technology gives a really clear vibrant picture. 4K shows look amazing on this tv!

Researched online, paid more for this model because of HDR and motion rate. Went from an old tube TV to this one, so anything would have been better, but I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase. All colors are rich and vibrant, movement seems realistic. Initial setup was easy, and menus are intuitive. I had my last TV for 15 years, so justifying the cost was easy given the incredible improvement. Recommend to all. Lastly, had a good experience with Best Buy. Researched online, found it in the store near me, associate was helpful and consistent with the online information and helped me with the purchase A to Z.

I upgraded to this TV from a non-HDR 55" 4K LG because I wanted HDR to take full advantage of my growing 4K Blu-Ray collection and Xbox One S. This set has proved to be a good, solid purchase. The color and clarity are very good, a small but noticeable upgrade from what I had before. 4K moves look great in HDR, although they're nothing compared to the content Best Buy was playing in-store when I bought it. The blacks are not super dark, and the light bleed at the bottom of the screen is annoying. However, I understand that's unavoidable in a set in this price range. My other minor qualm is the movement blur. It's hard to get a clear, smooth movement, regardless of the TruMotion setting. I had bought this TV over another set because of the high hertz rating, but apparently that doesn't make as much difference as I thought.. Although it's not my be-all-end-all TV, it's very good and I'm happy I purchased it. I think anyone upgrading from a much smaller and/or 1080p or non-HD TV will be blown away. If you're upgrading from 4K, perhaps less so.

Easiest set up that I ever had with a smart tv. Took you thru each step on set up. We were watching a movie on this lg tv in less then 15 minutes. Awesome picture. Did not need to make any color adjustments. Cudos to lg. Will highly recommend this tv to anyone!!!!!
