I love my new TV. The color is great, the picture is very clear.

Purchased this TV at a discounted price is really a great deal and it comes with HDR/ Dolby Vision, I'm really enjoying watching ultra HD netflix.

I read the professional reviews and have to agree with one of this tv's major shortcomings which is the contrast ratio/black levels. It is really bad in my opinion but it is only really noticeable when watching in a dark room. The 65" Hisense TV I returned for this had a better picture which is also confirmed in professional reviews and it was bigger and cheaper. However, where this TV really shines is the features it has including the smart remote which is the main reason I bought the tv since it is for my 9 and 7 year old kids. It is very user friendly and has voice control for the apps. If the contrast ratio was better I would have rated it higher but you can't have it all for under $1,000 so there is always going to be trade-offs. If you want features, this is a great tv for the price. If you want a great picture there are others that are better and even less expensive.

Fantastic 4K Ultra HDTV. I have been looking at them for over a year and this was the one I decided on based on customer reviews, in store demonstration and quality. If you have been looking, this is the one you need to buy!

The tv is great. The only problem with it is that there is no hard copy owners manual that you can use to set the tv up the way you want it. I cannot use a lot of the smart features because there is nothing except the user guide that is on the tv or on your computer in another room. I need a hard copy to read while I have the remote in my hand not in anoter room or on the tv where i have to go from the user guide back to the tv. By then I have already forgot what it said to do. I recommend that LG print a hard copy of the user guide and put it in the box with each tv. I called LG and they said they did not have a hard copy of the Guide. Us older people that don't know much about electronics needs a hard coy to use. I will not buy another tv like this because I cannot ser it up to use all the features I paid for. I do not recommend it to older people that have a hard time with computers.

We purchased this TV when we moved into our new home. The room is quite large, open concept with the couch at 18 feet back to watch the TV. Seeing the picture and all writing is no problem. Now, when we are in the kitchen cooking, we can still see the TV with no problem, but reading print at the bottom of the TV becomes a little hard to do. We are at 28 to 30 feet from the TV at this point.

This tv has gorgeous picture and so many features! Very happy with my purchase!

The LG - 60" LED 4K Smart Ultra HD TV with HDR is great! We have it on a telescoping mount, and It actually seems to have a better picture being away from the wall. And yes, it's a Smart TV and we have only learned to use some of the features. Very pleased with the purchase. One of the first things we did was sync the sound with the LG sound bar, as you will get a wierd echo if you don't.
