TV was purchased as a Christmas gift for our mom. Nice entry level 4k, nice picture and sound easy to setup and a really good price point. Would recommend.

My main motivation to get this TV was that it was HDR compatible with my new xbox one x. Which shouldn't be a big deal but the first TV I got did not get recognized by the xbox as being HDR compatible. Anyway about the TV. It is gorgeous. Coming from just regular HD to a full ultra 4K picture is incredible. It crystal clear. Setup was simple and It was easy to mount. I got a good deal at Christmas Time and I am very impressed with the quality and value.

I bought this TV to upgrade an older LG I had and loved the picture quality on it for the price. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to an audio output error on my surround sound. When outputting to a 4K receiver, Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube worked flawlessly over HDMI ARC or Optical audio out. However, when trying to watch Sling, MLB.TV, UFC.TV, or even live local channels, the audio output cut out randomly, yet frequently. It was basically unwatchable and I assumed a defective TV was to blame. I took the TV back and got a replacment. Guess what...same audio issues on the new one - live TV, Sling, Hulu, and a slew of other apps wouldn't properly output over ARC or optical out. I tried contacting LG and they tried very few possible solutions before telling me my receiver was to blame. Unfortunately for them, when I told them I have tried both a Denon and Onkyo receiver (both 4K compatible) and both had identical issues, it solidified the fact that these TVs can't properly output sound. I'm still waiting to hear something back from LG that might fix the solution but I'm not holding my breath. Although the picture is great and it would definitely be 5 stars for the price, I can't really recommend this TV to anyone not using the internal speakers, given that you'll have to buy a 4K Roku to handle all of your applications' sound. Disappointed that LG is seemingly no longer producing the kind of quality products they used to.

The video looks great, set up is easy, but the remote is small and requires attention to navigate. Depending on the whatever is on the screen, it is sometimes difficult to see the input display. I use the optical output to a sound bar (works great), so am unable to comment on the sound quality from the onboard speakers. I liked this TV enough to recommend it to a friend and she is A-plussed.

Our old LG finally gave out. We had it for about 9 years... we decided to pick up a new 4K TV from LG again. The colors are crisp and sound is so much better than the older 1080p. I love that it’s a smart TV with built in Netflix, YouTube and other popular apps. No more Chromecast needed... Setting up was a breeze and once setup, everything works like a charm. There are so many different settings and customization. Happy Camper!

This Tv has been a Gem. Has great Smart tv options. The picture quality is clear and color is vibrant.

Once again, LG has done it again and made a superb television with crystal clear picture and user friendly apps. This is my second LG in 3 years and I highly recommend it!

Arrived at my parents house for Christmas break, turned on the old tv and it took 20 minutes to warm up and finally get picture. Asked dad how long this has been occurring - greater than 6 months. Not a hard call for time to replace. Great image, good price, and helpful associates on the floor and loading into the car. Simple enough features my parents can use, but advanced enough to get the best picture quality for the money.

Picture is awesome and plenty of features and easy to setup and use. Great value.

I purchased this TV for my elderly in-laws. They don't see well and have a long distance from couch to tv. This new one has been a big hit. Also, I was the one setting it up, and it was pretty easy! Especially liked all the smart tv features. I've got them logged into Netflix and switching back to cable easy.

I moved into a new house and needed a TV to hang above the fireplace and a 65" looked too big for the space and 55" to small. I was happy to find this 60" LG on sale at BB. It has a great picture as expected and the Smart TV was easier to use then my Samsung. The menu started with an annoying voice that spoke very fast. Took me awhile to figure out how to disable it! Other then that great TV

I went into BestBuy one day in January looking to buy a new TV not knowing which brand or what size. I guess I spent 30 minutes trying to decide. Finally the sales person suggested this LG 60" tv on sale for $499.99. I said ok and took home with a new Roku 4k player. If this tv is entry level, I wonder how good LG's more advanced TV's are. The detail is so clear, I can see every little detail of everything. The web os is a great addition, though I spend more time with the Roku. It took me a few days of getting to know the menu and dialing in the picture to where I want it. Very satisfied.

This TV has great picture and color. The price is very good for a 60” TV.

The LG 60" Smart 4K TV is an excellent TV. LG is the only one with a 60" TV and it fits my space perfectly. Excellent picture and sound quality at a very reasonable price.t It has all the popular Smart TV apps and is very user friendly. Overall I'm very pleased with the LG products.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this product. I didn't realize the difference in my user experience going to a larger screen size w/ smart TV features. It's really nice not to have to keep up with another remote for the Amazon Fire stick and watching the Super Bowl on the larger screen made it much easier for everyone at the party to view the action.

The tech at our store was very helpful and I feel we made a good decision with our new TV. We're enjoying it and the picture is vastly improved over our rear-projection 20 year old tv! It's crystal clear. The controls are easy to use. We had Best Buy deliver and set the TV up for us and they were quick and professional.

I bought this 60" LG television to replace an older 4k television in our bedroom. The picture quality, sound quality, are really good, much better than the cheaper competing brands. HDR is definitely an appreciated feature, and the smart tv functions are really easy to use. I highly recommend this television.

60” TVs are becoming rare, but I needed that size to fill the space of a recessed mounting area. This model is a good mid-range 4K TV, and I am happy with the picture, the smartTV features, and the sound quality played through a surround receiver using the audio return channel (ARC).
