GREAT ENTRY 4K

Trouble connecting to Wifi.

Had to reset the factory setting twice to get it to connect to the Wifi. I have never had this many issues with a brand new TV.

Wifi not connected

Could be defect, but maybe a feature. Stay weary.

Do not buy

Upon turning it on the screen was not working and had line in it. I tried to exchange it but Best Buy said I was only couple weeks past the return date which was not specific. The box was admitted to be in perfect condition. The screen was in perfect condition. They refused and LG refused to work with me. I spent $500 for a broken and defective unit and neither Best Buy nor LG cares. I spent tens of thousands with Best Buy over the years and this is my last purchase with them. Amazon takes much better care of me.

Didn’t like the service

Was just a little annoyed when your spending that kind of money in a place, it turns you away from shopping there. However I needed a new tv and Best Buy is where I like to go

Piece of Junk

Of course Last day to return was 9-1-19. Also we were always have to reset Amazon Video, Dish network all the time. We have owned 2 LG and they were really good. One lasted about 7 years. The other is about a year old. Very disappointed. Only bought LG this time based on our experience with the other LG Tv's we have owned. Will never purchase another LG product again.

Great TV for everyday use

LG picture quality

This will be my 5th LG tv purchase and up to now I was happy but this recent purchase has left a bad taste in my eyes. It is true you get what you purchase and I bought this tv on sale and I’m paying for it with my satisfaction. It’s bone red with an HD cord that was suppose to help and that didn’t make a difference .. if you are buying this cause you want to save $$ do so but beware you will not get what you are expecting

Lemon

Almost immediately started having "no signal " messages but the other TVs worked. Techs came to the house twice to assess and problem solve before they agreed it was bad. It was out more than working. Have to buy a different tv as that model is no longer available. Had to wait more than a week to be replaced.

Disappointing installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad suggested that the previous mount (that has significant movement capability which I value because of serious glare) was strong enough for the new TV, but, it was not installed correctly. So they sold me an inferior mount with only 6" of flexibility and sometimes I can hardly see the screen because of the glare. i'm not a hapy customer!
