    3 weeks in and already having to need a repair.

    I liked this tv from the start, But now its past the ridiculous 15 day policy and I can't return. I'm not sure i will buy another product from this store after the horrible customer service I experienced. The tv is having hdmi port issues where it says it has no signal. So I troubleshooted the problem did what they suggested and it still didn't work. The tv is up to date on the software. Best buy suggested contacting LG for the warranty i did that and they basically said I must have it on the wrong input. I know how to work a tv. they told me to reboot it and call back if it happens again, Which i did TWICE before i called them. I finally went on their site and chatted with them and now am getting my 3 week old tv repaired. Which I HOPE it fixes the problem and doesn't cause more! Best Buy i'm ashamed of your level of customer service! you don't stand behind your customers!

    Decent TV for the price

    After adjusting the picture settings to Sports and shutting off the energy saving mode we have a decent image. I don’t think the image is as sharp as other TVs like Samsung. But we shopped on a budget and this will do for now. We have had this TV for almost two weeks and haven’t had any issues.

    Don't Buy!

    We purchased this tv to replace our "older" LG tv less than two years ago. This tv is a nightmare! We're on our second motherboard! Unless you like continually seeing "Unknown Device Disconnected" flashing like a neon sign, buy some other brand! Getting ready to call LG again tomorrow regarding this issue once again happening with a board that has only been in the tv since December of 2018. This is unacceptable, and I can tell you their customer service is awful! Search "Unknown Device Disconnected" for this tv, and you will see that LG is aware they are selling a subpar product, are aware of the problem, and yet you are stuck with this piece of garbage! I used to be a huge LG fan which is why I went with this tv, but I will no longer ever trust that the brand will ever be what it once was. Do your research! Which I had seen this somewhere before I bought this tv. Now I will be replacing a tv that is less than two years old because I will not pay for another motherboard. I know they won't cover it since they barely wanted to honor the original warranty. Steer clear of this junky tv! Buy something better!

    Won't connect to wifi as soon as warranty expires

    Our smart LG TV is just outside of the one year warranty, but it suddenly started having connectivity problems. It'll drop the wifi, and then later be connected again. Today, it showed the wifi is turned off, and there's no way to turn it back on. All the other devices in the house work fine. We've power cycled the router and the TV many times, we've turned off Quick Start+ and SIMPLINK, but all we can do is wait and hope it connects again. No amount of troubleshooting with the Geek Squad has helped, so all we can do is pay a professional to fix it. For a 1 year old TV. What a waste.

    Big screen lousy picture

    I have purchased many LG devices and have always been a fan until this one. I bought the first one and was excited to check out the display. Once it was all hooked up I noticed several bars down the screen that were less washed out than the rest of the screen. So I boxed it up and swapped it out for another of the same tv. Only to find the same problem, I have spent 3 mo this morning with the settings trying to get it to look right, but to no avail. Go for a higher end LG, this one is a dud.

    LG TVs suck

    Very upset! I bought a 60" LG TV less than 2yrs ago. Out of nowhere when we try to turn it on the power light flashes three times and it won't turn on. I searched the internet for a solution only to read that capacitors in one of three boards probably need to be Replaced. What? After 1.5yrs of use? Worse yet it I read tale after tale of people who are experiencing the same issue with LG. The repair guy says probably $400 or more. No thanks, I'll just buy a new one! But one thing I can assure you of.....it won't be an LG.

    A Lot Of Issues

    I have had the TV for a few months and have had Geek Squad out 3 times already,,,the TV switches inputs whenever daily (from one hmdi connection to another) It also makes a LOUD thumping sound and even keeps on humping when I turn the TV off. It now starts making the sound when the TV is not on. They have replaced parts but the thumping continues. Too many problems so soon!! Thankfully I invested in Geek Squad, All in all it isn't worth the cost and the hassle of repairs after a month.

    This TV failed twice

    If I could give negative stars I would. We purchased an LG 55 inch tv the first time. Tv went blank on us the first time we started watching it. We returned the tv thinking we just had a bit of bad luck. Purchased another LG and this new tv goes black every 1 minute and 15 seconds. Tried to watch a tv show and we had to brace for it every minute and a half. The screen would go black three times. Extremely unhappy with Best Buy products and our experience of a brand new tv that is only 7 days old. Ruined our Game of Thrones final season experience. Not sure what to do other than try to return the tv. Now we have to waste another afternoon returning a television and figuring out what to buy instead. That’s if they still take it back. How does that even happen?

    Tuner didn't pick up anything

    We have always bought LG TVs. Our last was a couple of 3D tvs in 2016 and we needed another TV. No 3d anymore unfortunately but we decided on this one. We got it home and put it next to one of the others and just swapped connections and did a channel scan. Received absolutely no channels. Checked connections and scanned again, same result. Hooked antenna back to old TV, and the channels are there. Menu was different and a bit hard to get signal strength on this unit to see if it was week or what. We just gave up. It is going back.

    Out the box. VERTICAL BANDING

    Bought this TV recently. Out of the box it had vertical banding. No setting adjustments have rectified this issue. Will be contacting LG. Not happy. Buyer beware.

    stay away from LG

    Horrible TV, first 11 months it was good and then as soon as the warranty was up it would freeze running the built in apps, so i deleted everytrhing off the tv and now it freezes when turning the volume up or down or when you go into setting. It finally began to randomly turn on and off. Its in the garbage now were it belongs. Im going back to samsung. Also, the Soundbars? stay away from those too, alot of issues with the audio cutting out.
