Television was inadequate. It was just a dud. It happens. I get it. Pain in neck, disappointed it didn’t work properly. Best Buy was easy to return to this time. One never knows what to expect these days when returning an inferior item to stores.

The Ultimate TV idc whay anyone says or who says it. This tv is pure bragging rights and your eyes will never want to look at anything else. Dont believe me? Go get one and if you dont like it return it.

I receive excellent service from the salesman. Actually he recommended a television for a slightly higher price which was wonderful!! I’m already in need of two other televisions and my research will begin with your store!!

I would have given this Product 5 stars if the instructions were included in the box. Figuring out what to do for the different applications wasn’t overly terrible, but twisting my brain (overly thinking) wasn’t fun.

Price was good but i feel the picture quality could be better. I am a cable technicians and have seen other set out there around same price and it just seem to look better than mine. I would have returned it if it was not so big and i hardly have the time after work

Bought this for a friend. He absolutely loves it. The screen display is great, the design is sleek, and just does what you want. TV speakers are not the best, so I got him a sound bar as well. Overall, I highly recommend.

Service was excellent! Have not installed or used any of newly purchased equipment, because our house is still under construction. Can give more specific info when we get moved in and actually install and use our new items.

Only reason why I don’t give 5stars is sound and remote- Though sound is essentially the same across these TVs, I’m really surprised by the lack of quality of the remote- my kiddo’s remote car or even my DVD player has better quality one-

This tv was too big for my stand at home. The legs was not very nice and it wasn’t a. Wet nice looking tv and it looks very squared. Exchanged it for a 55 inch instead and it fits much better.

This is an amazing tv. Has everything you need for apps to help with those cord cutters out there. I picked this in general because it has twitch! LG TVs are the best hands down!

This is a good tv for the price . I say for the price as it’s not a high end tv . I have two of these and I bought them about a year apart. I like the tv but if you are looking for high end app features this tv is not for you .

The TV we bought was delivered a week later from date agreed upon. However we r happy with our TV purchase and with guidance provided were able to mount it on the wall. So far so good. Thanks

I have purchased (2) LG TVs in the past from Best Buy and have tried to find others stores to beat the (PRICING) to no avail…..Thank You Best Buy for keeping prices competitive…..

I bought a brand new JG UHD TV and was extremely happy with everything. I had the TV delivered on time and perfect. Thanks for everything. The only thing is that I did not receive my Best Buy Card.

I ordered my 60" LG tv using the Geek Squad. There were a few early hicups. The were straightened out and from then on every thing went exactly as planned. Could'nt be more pleased.

We are totally happy with our 60" TV. The delivery and installation went perfectly as scheduled. Steven was very helpful and personable. I would request him for any future installations.

It's a great television. The sales guy was very helpful. I still haven't received the $70.00 gift card. I was supposed to get when I signed up. It will be nice to get that!

Image quality is good. Don't like the interface and can lag quite a bit. I wouldn't reccomend. There are better options in the same price range.

I'm loving my new LG, 65" tv. To set it up was a breeze. Just plug it in and follow the steps on the screen. The color is great. Just perfect for my family's movie nights.

The picture quality of LG TV is great. Game systems with 4K capabilities look phenomenal. However, the remote and the streaming options are inadequate. LG really skimped on the remote size. They tried to cram as many buttons into the tiniest of areas. It's horrible to use. Even our 13-year-old can't use it well with his tiny fingers. The search feature within the streaming options also prevents you from searching multiple streaming services. Therefore, we had to add a dongle to the TV to give us more functionality. Basically, we miss our Samsung and have a touch of buyer's remorse over this unit.
